The location, close to everything we needed.

The nightlife noise. You can hear all the drunk chats and yelling once the night clubs close. Not sure if the windows are double glazed? We were on the 9th floor too.

The Movenpick is in a great location, close to tranport, restuarants and the picturesque harbour. Great way to start the day enjoying a very tasty breakfast looking out over the harbour. One of my favourites is the self serve Smoothie maker for that healthy kickstart. Room was very comfortable and the staff are always very welcoming. Good choice for both business traveller or for those on a well deserved holiday.

Room was very clean. Staff were very helpful. Special shout out to Lizza who served us for breakfast and was very nice.

Rooms are a bit small (but very clean). Lifts kept breaking down.

The lifts were very slow and the windows were not very sound proof.

Location is amazing And the birthday note plus cake was a wonderful gesture All staff were friendly were including the maintenance and cleaning staff

Noise from the city side

Location was perfect. Breakfast on the top floor with fantastic views of Auckland was lovely.

Rooms and facilities were clean and tidy, reception staff were lovely, and location was excellent.

we contacted the hotel to ask about valet parking as we were from out of town and travelling by car. they said it was on a first in first serves. we arrived as early as we could but the parking outside the hotel was coned off. we didn't know where to go with our car so parked just behind the cones and ended up with a ticket. however after I contacted the hotel and advised them of what happened they offered to pay for the parking ticket which was awesome. just letting me know how to access the entrance with a vehicle could have been helpful and avoided that

The bar/restaurant was great. Tge location was perfect.

The private wifi for the room didn't work. I had to get someone to come and set me up on public wifi. I had to log in to my work system and didn't want to use insecure public wifi
