All I want in a Hotel is a comfy bed, TVand quiet so we can relax. Stop neighbors from arguing preventing us to listen to their crap

I liked the spa bath, bed, location and cleaness of the room. I also liked the space peaceful.

Kitchen area had a kettle but no sink for water and i couldnt wash the dishes unles i was ment to wash the dishes in the bathroom.

Beds, Kitchen and Bathroom very clean

Couch and dining chairs need an upgrade, a little bit on the old and well worn feeling to them.

Our room ran out of hot water, the sauna was dirty and broken down, the was a huge coach roach in the room, the staff are unprofessional untrusting and we felt racially profiled, we booked the family unit with photos of a spa bath when we arrived we were told the family unit was not available and there isn’t any spa baths at all and we were given 2 rooms instead

Situated close to where we needed to be. Plenty of places to eat and things to do within walking distance. The pool was great for the kids.

It was quite noisy at night. People were constantly walking past our unit until quite late at night.

Excellent service with a smile

Room was cosy and neat. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking on site and near lots of shops etc. Cooking, tea and coffee facilities were available. Room clean up was offered every morning. Decent stay, will probably book again if we looking for something central.

Water pressure in the room was low and after one person had a shower, the hot water was finished. Bed and pillows were not very comfy. Pillows were too soft

the hair dryer in my room didn’t work, neither did the venting mechanism in the bathroom… and the room filled up with steam. the remote for the tv being held together with cello tape wasn’t a good look

How close it was to food stores and the Mall. We enjoyed that we could leave our car parked at the mōtel and walk everywhere.

The shower ran out of hot water, by the time the 2nd n 3rd person had the chance to shower. The music from the surrounding businesses.

Great location. Friendly Staff. Very clean.

Unfortunately the bed was lumpy, like I could still feel the dip from where last person slept. Maybe flipping the mattress regularly would help with this.

All of the neighboring units were people who smoked, so whenever you opened your front door the rooms filled up with smoke. Beds were uncomfortable

I was so impressed by the customer service from the receptionist to the cleaners - friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent for what I needed and was literally next door to a supermarket and restaurants. That made a long stay far easier!

Little things like not all the light bulbs were working, and the room felt a little tired. But it was perfectly fine for what I needed.

The room position ,right on the end by the stairs and close to the pool, will definitely ask for that one next time

Bath plug didn't fit , curtains were all stained TV could of been bigger for thew size of the room because it was hard to see it and after I filled the spa the water was green

late when I arrived off plane. unit at very end and down a slope. Some of driveway pavers had lifted and were loss. As an older person felt this was unsafe and almost tripped in dark . Very stuff and could not open a window
