Staff were all friendly, i left a shirt behind and they notified me as soon as they could. And was fast delivering.
I liked that it was close to the shops and restaurants. And when we arrived the room was heated for us which was very much appreciated.

Everything was clean and tidy. Front reception was informative when we arrived.

Spacious and modern apartment albeit situated in a historical building.

Room was comfortable, staff very helpful, easter eggs freely available and offered by staff at reception. Great location for what we needed.
Not much we didnt like, just the view from our room was average, looked out at a roof and rooms up higher. It was not as quiet as we wanted, constant drone of machinery, we assumed it was an airconditioning system.

Die Rezeptionistin gab nur den Schlüssel aus und nicht den Informationsumschlag mit den WLAN-Daten. Der Feierabend war nah und dies hat sie sehr deutlich gemacht.

A friendly welcome and a well appointed room which made for a comfortable stay. It was very well located in the CBD.
The car parking was next to the building in an unsecured open car park.

We had a lovely big studio apartment - plenty of space to enjoy. The facilities were as expected for a Quest. The location was very good - a short walk to cafes and restaurants. The lady on reception gave us fantastic recommendation for dinner and breakfast. She was lovely.
the parking situation. There aren't many parking bays and the system should be improved. I checked in and got a note for my car, but by the time I then moved my car from the front of the hotel to the car park, someone had taken the space before checking in. I guess i didn't know the rules! With so few spaces, they should put in a booking system rather than have a free-for-all

Couldn’t open windows or control room temperature otherwise and it was very warm during the night. Bathroom could have been slightly cleaner.

We loved the location and facilities. It was a very cold day. This apartment was perfect for chilling out, mid trip and catching up with laundry.
