The room was so small. Never had a hotel room that was so cramped. Also there was a lot of outsise noise from construction. Had to keep our room window open as it was so hot.

Large hotel in the centre of town, great location for walking to restaurants, bars and shops. Older building but room had more modern bathroom which was lovely and clean. Fantastic breakfast, lots of pastries and fruit and on the menu a selection of yummy smoothies. Free parking across the road in the department store carpark building.

The staff were amazing and the restaurant was very good

The room was stiflingly hot with the heater off. We couldn't open the window because of the noise of the noise of the aircon systems in the building next door. The toilet was also very poky and uncomfortable.

Excellent location. Welcoming, friendly staff. Delicious food, and quick room service. Comfortable bed, with good lighting.

I've recently returned to repping this area after a hiatus of 30 years! Used to stay here all the time way back in the late 80's early 90's. Back then this was home away from home, I stayed 6 nights a month. So it was great to come back and still find a great Hotel with a great restaurant and bar. Brings back happy memories for me!!

Location and friendly staff especially bar staff they were fantastic

The room was good and at least had a view albeit across a construction sight. Very clean light and airy when we were able to open the windows. Unfortunately, there were air con units running from morning until late at night on the building next door so we could not open the windows because of the loud noise. Once they turned it off we did but this wasn't until about 10.30 - 11.00 pm and also unable to turn the room heating down or off. Shows how warm the room was though as we visited in September and found it hot but at least you could open the windows as a lot of places you can't. The room staff were great and very accommodating. No problem with extra towels and toiletries when we asked. Also, the front desk was very helpful and approachable. It's not very often we use the in-house restaurants when traveling but we did in this case. The meals were very good, with a reasonable amount and value for money. All in all a good stay and would happily stay there again. (Footnote) we probably should've talked to staff about the aircon noise and the heater but by the time we realized we had already made ourselves at home. And we did like being a bit higher up, another room might not have had the same view.

Restaurant ambiance, dark and somber. Maybe fine for evening meal, but not inviting for breakfast where some natural light would be lovely especially since the sun was shining outside🙂
