Fabulous rooms - very welcoming.

I was shocked to find that when I changed my booking from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom apartment that the cost hardly decreased at all. It was suddenly a VERY expensive choice. Also the key / door situation was a little strange. Front door (on the road) was not able to be opened from the outside, with the key cards working on the back door. We nearly locked ourselves out by putting the chain on the back door and then were about to exit from the (self-locking) front door, when I realised that we wouldn't be able to get back in because of the chain! Saved the situation in the nick of time as the front door was closing behind us.

Luxurious and very comfortable and a good price. Staff very friendly.

位置很方便 开车5分钟就有2个大超市 房间很干净 第二天的早餐（面包牛奶麦片等）都已提前放在房内 到达的那天比较晚 前台小姐姐把钥匙给我们预留了 房间门口有停车位 总体感觉很好！

It was conviently located to the museum The cottages were well appointed. Staff was pleasant

Lots of instructions but not always clear. For instance., “instruction box is to the left of the tv“ if you were the tv that is correct , but for the rest of us , since we look at the tv, it is to the right. We filled the spa tub and read no soaps in spa. As we had hiked all day, we decided to wash hair before going in. No hot water- not in shower, sink or kitchen. Called after hours assistance we were told ro press certain buttons on the panel with a large note saying“do not touch any of these buttons“ it was fixed Assistance was required to get transport from hotel to airport. Staff knew no more than we did. Son in law figured it out None of this is awful but at the rates charged it is not acceptable. High rates don't allow for much wiggle room.

Clean, good facilities, nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Will definitely book again in the future!

Wunderschönes, edles, geräumiges und vollständig eingerichtetes Apartment im östlichen Teil von Invercargill. Es hatte in den unfassbar großen Bädern sogar Fussbodenheizung und im Wohnbereich einen Gas-Kamin. Eigene Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Nespresso-Maschine gehören ebenso zum Inventar, wie hochwertige Pflegeprodukte im Bad. Anmerkung: Wir hatten das behindertengerechte Apartment.

Die Qualität der Matratze war nicht mehr wettbewerbsfähig (durchgelegen o.ä.) und die Schlafqualität war dadurch etwas eingeschränkt. Die Beleuchtung war in sämtlichen Räumen nicht gerade angenehm (viel zu hell und kalt).
