parking a bit tight and unfortunately I arrived in a 32 degree heatwave and without aircon the room was probably 40 degrees!

I didn't like a thing about this place
No air conditioning no fan was a hot night one of is slept on the floor because it was cooler on the floor to start off we thought it would be better to sleep outside. It was like a oven and the staff didn't help no fans nothing had no car ori would of gone and brought a fan so disappointed in this place 😞

Wonderful place to stay! had everything in the room and staff were lovely and helpful about a place to leave the motorbikes also! highly recommend this place!

They were always helpful with our requests. We were able to walk into the city and gardens rather than taking the car. Location was handy to supermarkets.
The size of the shower. Not used to a very small space.

Being in the roadside unit, we had a lot of road noise, especially trucks travelling in the early morning.
The bed was poor with the electric blanket not being installed correctly.

Clean and comfortable. The bathroom was from the 1980s but clean.
The staff were not very friendly, polite but not friendĺy. Cleaners were at our door every morning (but not on Christmas Day/Boxing Day) waiting to get in. We had to ask them to come back after we left around 10am.

The units were all ground floor which I needed due to my disability. The beds were soooo comfortable.
The chairs to watch TV weren’t comfortable to sit in for any length of time. I would have preferred the TV in the bedroom.
