Wonderful staff. Clean and bright and superbly maintained. A select and discreet top notch hotel. Five course taster Michelin meal and sommelier wine choices. Oh my! Sensational.

Beautiful hotel, decor and amazing food at Order restaurant. This was the perfect quick one night away to celebrate an event with family. Will definitely be coming back to stay. Room was lovely and quiet and really good air-conditioning.

The location is superb for the things we wanted to do and see. The staff was so welcoming; the concierge very helpful; and the interior design is a delight. I also appreciated that they had a Pride flag hanging out front.
The only small details I can think of are that one of the two “flush” options on our toilet was non-functional, but it worked just fine. My friend cannot eat gluten and breakfast did not have quite as many options for her as she has experienced other places (without ordering something at an additional cost) but it worked just fine.

Great location, and very helpful staff. The bathroom was gorgeous and the heated floor was a lovely touch, great shower pressure as well.
Unnecessary use of plastic wrapped toilet roll and soap bar instead of a dispenser. Luxury should be sustainable.
Also the full English breakfast proportion was very underwhelming, £32 for a full English which comes with half a sausage is criminal.

I had booked a Twin room. Double bed on arrival…they sent housekeeping up to convert it into two beds but this took a good half hour and we were going out and it made things very rushed for us. I had stressed a TWIN room as sharing was with a daughter, not a partner.
