Staff was friendly and helpful, room was small but comfortable

Rooms were not very soundproof The outlet by the bed was broken

The bed was good

In the morning, I took a shower and when i finished I was in my bed trying to put on clothes and suddenly a women opened the door I was barely naked 👎👎👎👎

Hotel looks lovely from the outside and is quite a big building. The room was a pretty good size and simply furnished. There was off-street parking for our motorcycles which was out of site of the main drag. The hotel is located between an retail park and a hospital, so not the most picturesque of settings, but handy as there is a tram stop at the hospital. There is a nice little dining area out front, that is pleasant when the sun shines.

Most of the staff were more focused on the restaurant and bar then the hotel guests, so I had to go into the bar to ask for service. We arrived outside of restaurant opening hours and were told there was no food or drinks available until it opened 2 hours later, which was a bit disappointing as we’d ridden 250 miles since breakfast.

The room was neat, the building had character and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is well situated close to the airport and public transport stops

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful very sympa. The patron spoke very good English. The restautant was very good with an interesting menu

Was what I expected for a City Hotel near to the airport, nothing too flash but must day food was very good.
