La salle de bains : aucune pression à la douche et fuite au niveau du pommeau de douche dans la baignoire. Du coup cela asperge la salle de bains. Pas plus de pression dans la douche.

空港内なので翌朝早朝出発だったので便利でした。

14時チェックイン可能となっていて15時過ぎに到着したのに部屋の準備ができておらず、ツインからダブルに変更になった。エキストラベッドを用意する、と言われて留守中にベッドが追加された。

Excellent food in the restaurant WOW, great Chef! Filets meat amazing, wonderful salad and what a great server so caring professional and really great! always love that the hotel is i. The airport. Whoever came up with the idea all your tied travelling guests say THANK YOU! Love that you have Day stay, it is KEY and wonderful with late checkout! Thank you!

Ordered breakfast for 10h30 they woke us up at 9h00.... tired travelers don't like that! Need our sleep.

So convenient in terms of location. We landed way after bed time for our 3 year old so being able to head straight to the Sheraton which was a 5 minute walk from baggage reclaim was fam. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We were checked in in minutes. Also the next morning we were catching the train to Disney which was so easy as the station was just down the escalator. Although you’re in the airport there was zero noise so was easy to get a good nights sleep. The bed was enormous and super comfy.

Location to Terminal 2 at CDG airport is amazing. Easy access to terminals and also trains. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Feels tired and in need of an overhaul. You pay more for location as opposed to the facilities.

Hôtel toujours aussi pratique situé au sein du terminal 2. Insonorisation des chambres exceptionnelle. Room service très efficace.

Ménage à améliorer (nombreux cheveux dans un placard), et poils ds la baignoire. Produits de toilette sur demande mais qui ne sont jamais arrivés jusqu à moi. Chambres vieillottes avec moquette souvent tâchée. Pas idéal pour l hygiène.

I liked the location at CDG. The staff were all very friendly and professional and the room was very comfortable.

There was no reasonably priced coffee. We spent a lot for breakfast and coffee.

.The location is ideal for early morning flight out of GDG airport. The traffic and trains are so unreliable that we would have needed 5 hours from Paris to assured we arrived 3 hours before our flight...recommended due to CDG issues. The Desk to check in for the flight is a 10 minute walk from hotel...no chance of a shuttle or taxi not being available.The room was comfortable and very quiet.

All was good.

Muito perto da saída do metrô. Foi perfeito para pegar o nosso voo que era de manhã. Muito prático, dentro do aeroporto. Da janela do quarto se vê a pista e os aviões. Mas sem barulho nenhum, totalmente isolado acusticamente.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I mistakenly had said there would be a third person but there wasn't so we did get a very large, nice room. I will be more careful to check the booking in the future. I am fairly new to using Booking.com so I really need to re-check the booking.

It was a little difficult to get to the concierge to ask questions about the tv, if we could see the restaurant menu in the room or online. We were told we could access it on the tv but we were never able to and no one would answer the telephone. We called the concierge and never could get them to pick up.

Restaurant food excellent. Ideal location.

Room not serviced properly. No tea or coffee, Hardly any toilet roll. Fridge and wall sockets not working. Room decor tired - peeling wallpaper. Staff attitude wasn't great when problems were highlighted.

The location. Especially if you are flying out of Terminal 2. We had a 6:30 am flight and were very happy we decided to stay right in the terminal.

No indoor pool for kids (but that’s not really what this hotel is for)

Posizione top dentro il terminal. Servizi in reception e ristorante di ottimo livello com anche il bar della lobby. Ottimo per incontri di affari, molto strategico.

Stanze: arredamento piuttosto datato , anche bagni abbastanza vecchi. Prese non al top, In tutta la camera non c'era una USB. Pulizia sufficiente, Ventola rumorosa del sistema di areazione.

La chambre et l’hygiène. Le petit déjeuner était parfait.

L’accueil de certains membres du personnel. Une sur facturation faite par erreur et aucun retour sur le remboursement. Je n’ai pas reçu ma facture par mail comme promis.
