Very convenient location as we were stuck in CDG waiting for luggage and atmosphere great. Young helpful staff nice bar and food simple but good. Breakfast amazing and price very good value

The reception staff were exceptional, friendly, informative and ready to help. One in particular, (although I didn't get his name), checked us in and was readily available for any other help we needed the rest of the stay. I would reccommend the venue based on his service alone

La chambre était confortable et propre . Le personnel accueillant. La proximité avec l’aéroport , dommage qu’il n’était pas mentionné sur booking qu’on peut prendre la navette CDGVAL gratuitement (au lieu de prendre un uber …) Très belle décoration dans tout l’hôtel !

Nous sommes arrivées pour faire le Check-in et il y avait une trentaine de personnes qui attendait pour avoir la chambre ( vers 18h) avec une seule personne à l’accueil , ce qui a été pénible quand on sort d’un long vol … Pas assez de choix au petit déjeuner, il manquait des fruits

Je demande une chambre au calme loin de l’ascenseur. Donc la première chambre était contiguë à l’ascenseur…. Attente au Check in très long! Chambre non climatisée. Avec 26 dehors il a fait 25,5 toute la nuit! La fenêtre n’aère rien!!!!! (Même si vous mettez un panneau près de la clim sur les raisons, c’est indigne d’un hôtel Marriott Bonvoy!) De plus, quand on ouvre la fenêtre, on entend très bien les avions. Je prends un hôtel pour être zen pour le travail et au final je ne dors pas.

C'est la première fois mais la climatisation de la chambre 308 ne fonctionnait pas. il faisait 25 dans la chambre la nuit. Tel qu'indiqué, nous avons ouvert la fenêtre mais il y avait un signal sonore extérieur constant durant la nuit qui a perturbé notre sommeil.

Noisy restaurant, slow service despite the lack of table service. The food was already cold when the warning buzzed... Friendly staff were trying their best but obviously inexperienced. Broken drink dispenser at the breakfast bar with countless used glasses left behind. Not to mention the firing alarm that went off overnight and no explanation was given to the many wandering guests.

A 3 minute mostly covered walk from CDGVal free shuttle train getting off at Pr. making it a great location. The ambience and style of the hotel is very relaxed, the rooms and bed are very quiet and super comfy, just what you need after a long flight for a layover. Welcome drink was a nice touch and food available until 2200 is ideal.

Check in process was a little slow and it was a surprise to be asked for €50 deposit to cover tourist tax and any additional purchases, however there was a promise to refund any unspent amount, although I've yet to see that back on my card. Could take some explaining to a non French or English speaker.

Close to terminals, we reached it by UBER for about 10€. Room was small but good enough for a night..

When arriving via the parking lot, it would have been useful to have a sign that reception is at level 0.

The breakfast was terrible so much so I didn't eat anything. It is hard to find, I tried to get a taxi but the driver said it wasn't far enough so I walked as a woman on my own along a dark street for nearly an hour trying to find it.

Staff members are friendly and helpful. Lounge and bar are very sophisticated in design. Also, the atmosphere is nice. Readily accessible from the airport.

The conditioner set in my room was broken and not available. The way back from the hotel to the airport cost me 25 euro. That’s may be bit expensive because on my way to the hotel from the airport only cost me 12.3 euro.

Falta de empatía del personal. Poca profesionalidad y servicio al cliente. Desayuno insuficiente en la cantidad y dudoso en su calidad y frescura de los productos. Habitación sucia, cama incómoda y baño con pelos en el suelo y lavabo al entrar.

If you are travelling through Paris-CDG and need a hotel for your layover this is a great option. It is very close to the airport and you can use the CDGVAL to get to and from the hotel and airport. No need for a taxi! The hotel is in a littel complex of hotels and there was a decent restaurant across the road and the Moxi had great places to sit and relax. I also appreciated that it is quiet given the proximity to the airport.

Pour mon 1er séjour : bien ! La note de 7, c'est juste pour le confort que j'ai ressenti dans cet établissement.

Pour mon 2ème séjour : la caution de 50 euros m'a été rendue au bout d'une semaine ! MAIS, le pire : je m'attendais à voir apparaître un prélèvement de 1,88 euro pour la taxe de séjour, mais ils ont rajouté le montant de la chambre alors que j'avais déjà payé avant mon arrivée ! 324 euros la nuitée au lieu de 162 euros ! Erreur volontaire ? C'est la question que je me pose maintenant après avoir lu les commentaires d'autres personnes qui se sont fait avoir comme moi ! Il est clair que je n'irai plus chez eux !

30 minutes pour avoir ma clefs a minuit…… Mais le personnel c’est excusé …..

Decor, staff, close to terminal 1. Welcome drink and food. Value for money. Probably better than most places we had stayed in Europe even though some charged 4x as much.

Great fun vibe, food options were easy (you can get a jar from the pantry and heat up yourself or order bar food) and accomodations were spacious. Easy to get to from CDG. The communal areas have been really well thought about

Check in and out was a little busy. Breakfast was yum but needs a little work with the trays and people struggled to serve themselves

Check-in location oddly placed at the bar, to set the party mood I guess but it’s not welcome to all guests. People are drinking and the music is on as if one was entering a bar instead of a hotel. The lady at the desk took at least 15 minutes to retrieve the booking and give me the key. She was probably new and very apologetic but when you check in at 11pm you want the key asap. The elevator oddly has two buttons on each floor, one for the staff and the other for guests (with a sticker that says « Let’s party » again to reaffirm the mood I believe…) but both sides are accessible to guests and it is easy to make a mistake… Other than that it was quiet and pleasant. The bathroom is tiny but has everything that one needs.
