We have a baby. We arrived 3 Hours in advance on the check-in time and they asked an extra 40 euro.

the money paid i think for the large space, but the aminities and supplies in rooms are very poor. i mean for one person in businesss trip, the main need is not the space, but more towels or toiletters. also room was not cleaned expcet for the first day, not sure if this is the policy

The location of this hotel, next to the toulouse train station, is excellent. Toulouse is highly walkable and the hotel is in the center of town so you can walk to the place capitole, down to the river garonne or just about anywhere. The train station is a five minute walk. This hotel is great for families - we were four in a one bedroom and requested a supplemental bed. The lounge area had lots of fun games for the kids and a foosball table they were obsessed with.

The only complaint I have is that the ground floor (you have to take an elevator to the 9th floor to get to the hotel) smelled like sewer. The hotel itself was fine.

The location was good and the staff was nice and helpful. The parking cost 14€ only if bought from the hotel.

We are 3 of them, so I booked a room with a sofa bed for my child. However, the hotel gave me a normal and uncomfortable sofa only, resulting in my child being unable to sleep well.

We greatly appreciated the exceptional kindness and warmth of the reception staff: they made us feel so at home, so at ease, and so welcome. They were efficient, cheerful and also very accommodating, and they really made the difference in our trip! The little welcome gift for the child in our group was a lovely surprise. The 1 bedroom apartment was very comfortable and stylish, with a fantastic view over the old city, and the location was just what we wanted: walking distance from the train station and also from the historic center of Toulouse. We also appreciated the free coffee and tea 24 hours a day! We were very happy to be there, and I'd be pleased to stay there again.

The trashbin in the kitchen hadn't been emptied after the previous occupants.... The rest of the apartment was impeccably clean, however. We couldn't figure out how the dishwasher worked, so perhaps instructions could be made available next time? Although I suppose I could have called reception and asked... The kitchenette was pretty and well equipped, and the only things we were missing was a cutting board and perhaps a few coffee filters for the coffee machine....

The location near the train station was very convenient, and it was also easy to walk to shops and cafés. The rooms were spacious, with a good shower and good air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. And there was a beautiful sunset view over the city.

There were greasy finger prints on all the kitchen cupboards, which made us doubt if the rooms were very clean. There was a place on each floor for guests to put trash, which gave a very strong small of trash in the hallways - that was quite disgusting. The smell was not in the room, only in the hallway - but still it is really not nice to smell trash each time you leave and return to the room.
