Close to airport just to rest before ur next flight if u r coming from far areas

We spent a night before our flight home, close to the airport, very clean and comfortable

Was very clean and nice room.

We had a wonderful welcome...the gentleman and lady at reception were only too kind to answer our questions and made us feel very comfortable. The amenities were on par with any Hilton yet it was small and quaint. My wife and I had a very comfortable sleep and the stay overall was one of our best in Vienna.

Hardly the property's fault but it is a bit of a walk (1.2 km) from the train stop, as no public transport seemed to be available. The only thing that wasn't working was the hair drier but that didn't affect us.

location is great…very close to the airport! Also, our room was nice and spacious for our family of 4.

Our room didn’t have blinds, so the sun started shining in the window at 4:45am.

The location was conveniently close to the airport and the hotel booked a shuttle for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean.

The shower had no door and the water drained out not only onto the bathroom floor, but due to a slope of the floor, under the door and into the bedroom. The walk from the train station takes you past an oil refinery, which was cool to see, but definitely not pretty.

10 min from airport. Quiet and spacious room.

TV was not working. Room not completely clean: stains on the floor beside the bed, windows and switches with many fingerprints.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Hotel is very close to the Viena airport (<10min), still quiet. I'll probably choose the hotel again if I"d need to spent a night before the morning flight.

The location was perfect for the airport. The person in reception, Markus, was very helpful. It was a cold evening and so as not to make go fromthe business hotel to the main hotel he upgraded our rooms. Also very pleasant

I dare to say that I am a quite demanding guest, but this hotel surprised me a lot. The hotel is really nice with a modern and artistic interior, absolutely clean and comfortable. The staff make the hotel unforgettable, especially the receptionist Marco who is very kind, helpful and has a pretty good sense of humor. Breakfast was above expectation. Unfortunately we stayed just for a night, but we will definitely come back.

Absolutely nothing

The room was quite adequate and was clean.

The hotel was advertised as being a couple of miles from the airport but in fact, it was about 15-20 minutes and a $25 taxi ride away. Fortunately, the hotel arranged a free taxi to the airport for us the following morning. Also, the main hotel where we checked in was about 300 meters away from the building where we were staying, so we had to schlep our suitcases down the street in the dark to a not-very-well-defined location. (The area appeared very safe) I think if we had known the full details of the facility when we booked--distance from the airport and separate building down the road--we would have been happier with our choice of this hotel.
