El estado de deterioro de las instalaciones. El olor a podrido en los pasillos.

Rooms have been refurnished and they are really comfortable and according to the price we paid. A year ago the hotel facilities needed urgently an improvement. Staff is very helpful and concern about guests needs.

I experienced some parking issues. Hotel parking lot is very reduced, but the hotel should offer options with reduced prices or included in the rate.

Grumpy and not friendly front-desk staff. Every night had to ask for the second towel. Bath tub with no cap, had to improvise. Asked and received a no-smoking room but smell of cigarette was always there during my stay.

The staff is unfriendly and sometimes impolite. The hotel is old. The location is ok, but the value for money is terrible.

Great, attentive staff. Well sized triple room. Very centrally located within walking distance of most parks & peatonal.

Air conditioning was a little noisy. Tea & coffee facilities needed to be requested & not already in the room. Early bird breakfast was closed earlier than indicated & we were not given an option for alternative other than the regular breakfast time.

The bed was poor and the property was average. 3 star at best

The room was quite old, with rust showing in the bathroom. There was no coffee machine or even a kettle in the room. I was in front of the elevator and you could hear absolutely everything going on outside, the walls seemed paper thin

Their air conditioning system does not work. Got bit by mosquitoes all night. couldnt sleep well. It was hot.

Location is excellent.

Breakfast coffee is one of the worst I have ever tasted in a hotel of this category, We have to pay extra for an expresso. Room bed was small, I hardly fit on it (1,75 mt). The swimming pool water temperature was so cold! that is because it receives only 2 or 3 hours of sunlight per day and the location was just beside the parking lot, so is not a nice view. Value for money did not worst it. It is an expensive hotel and the services could be MUCH better.
