Café da manhã sempre o mesmo pão duro e o ovo frio e seco

Apesar do prédio por fora já estar um pouco antigo e precisando de reforma, internamente o hotel surpreende. Fiquei num quarto já remodelado, grande, bem decorado e confortável

Para ficar 100%, uma reforma na fachada deixaria o hotel ainda melhor qualificado

La ubicación es muy buena, y el hotel se ve estéticamente bonito y limpio .

La habitación para el precio tan alto no era lo que esperábamos; las fotos muestran otra cosa en espacios, nos dieron una habitación con vista al parqueadero donde escuchábamos todos los carros y luces de los mismos toda la noche, las almohadas son extremadamente duras no permiten un buen descanso . La chica de la recepción no nos ayudo aun sabiendo que íbamos a pagar un extra en conseguir un espacio ya que veníamos de un vuelo de más de 6 horas cansadas y del cual pagamos a precio dólar descubriendo que pagando con peso argentina salía a menos de mitad de precio.

Habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas. Muy buena la aislación acústica, no se escuchaba ningún ruido de las otras habitaciones ni de los corredores. Buen desayuno.

Algunos detalles no estaban cuidados: algunas de las toallas deshilachadas. Había un restaurant, llegamos media hora antes de que cerrara la cocina y no quisieron servirnos.

Good hotel in a very central location in the city. Near to lots of bars and restaurants. Very helpful personnel, full of ideas and suggestions.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, they call taxis when you need and you can rent bikes here for free in the morning if you want. The bed and bathroom were clean and looked similar to the pictures. Location is very good, at the heart of Mendoza, 5 mins from Plaza Independencia.

The big shame was breakfast is quite poor - although lots of options, none that great, eggs the only hot food and they're replaced very slowly. Rooftop hottub was a bit dirty. The curtains didn't close fully which can be a bit annoying if you're light sensitive and facing Plaza Chile.

Great location. Quiet. Good coffee in the morning.

When I checked in, the staff member told me he had given me a terrace room with a jacuzzi. My room did not have a terrace nor a jacuzzi.

Lovely staff except staff when I left at 4AM spoke no English and wasn't 'warm'.

No hot water at 4AM!

Great staff and location. Very clean and quiet. We were able to check in early (around 11.30) which was very handy (obviously the room was ready in our case so don't bank on this). The room was very good value when compared with others in the vicinity (we tried a few).

Location was good. Nice and central on one of parks. Staff generally helpful and friendly.

Room was shabby, gaps in flooring, dirt and dust around edges, balcony doors were dirty and didn’t close (so noisy and insecure). Housekeeping room was just opposite and permanently used so noise from corridor was constant. No complimentary water in room despite 37°C heat. Complimentary bikes were death traps - clearly hadn’t been maintained for years. We managed 100m on them before taking them back.

The hotel is centrally located near everything you need. Lucia the front desk clerk was exceptional. She went above and beyond making us feel comfortable. Lucia assisted us in getting Police help on a situation with another hotel. Thank you so very much. There is a restaurant down stairs with really good food. Awesome experience

The apartment was a good size and cleaned daily. Very quiet location but within easy walking distance of all restaurants.

The menu was very limited but plenty of restaurants nearby
