poderia ter água quente no quarto para um chá ou café. Ou mesmo um serviço de restaurante para coisas rápidas

A localização é fantástica, a uma quadra da praça Independência, perto de comércio, restaurantes e pontos turísticos

Apesar das instalações do quarto serem muito confortáveis, o chuveiro é muito baixo, o que dificulta para pessoas altas como meu marido.

Villaggio Hotel is very well located but there are many other options around if you book in advance….

- The bathroom was flooded after using the bath … The water from the bath’s drain was blocked and came out near the toilet seat leaving the whole bathroom full of dirty water…. - Uncomfortable beds, poor breakfast, no room service, smelly room

This is to provide constructive criticism, out room was at the front low down next to the road so very noisy, needs black out curtains as street lights shine all night ( I wore earplugs and a eye mask) there is a bad drain smell which needs sorting out. room needs painting as very tired looking. compared to other hotels with comparable cost should provide snacks in mini bar and a kettle. very strict about 7am breakfast even though all food was set out we waiting in semi dark until they turned lights on at 7am there could be some flexibility to this,maybe the two rooms at front should be at a reduced price.
