Habitacion Ruidosa. Cama incomoda

Muito bem localizado, muito confortável e um café da manhã incrível. Vc pode usufruir das áreas comuns do sheraton, que se comunica atrávés do hall de entrada. Esta comunicação tb dá acesso ao Hualta, que tem um restaurante espetacular - La Cabrera. Fiquei no quarto dos fundos, bastante silencioso, com uma cama muito confortável.

A iluminação do quarto é indireta, através de abajours. Falta uma iluminação mais geral.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e tem um excelente café da manhã

Localização, ótimo custo beneficio

infelizmente o banheiro tinha um cheiro estranho, algo que vinha do ralo. Alem do fato da janela dos quartos estarem voltados para o lugar reservado as condensadoras do ar. Ou seja, um certo barulho chato especialmente a noite ao dormir.

our first room, the shower door was half gone, meaning water would go everywhere. some of the rooms are outdated and poor quality. we were moved but the room we were ‘upgraded’ to had next to no plugs at all, had an unmade bed and hadn’t been cleaned properly. this was not worth the 460 USD for 3 nights at all.

Good location in the city center. Nice ambience. Room is parquet flooring.

The bathroom can get a little chilly when the temperature drops. Only 1 power socket available for charger (the rest are used by lamps in the room)

Excellent staff. Particularly Guillermo at the reception desk.
