The beds are very Nice and The room has lots of space

The room description mentions air conditioning, which was not working. It is centrally controlled and the management decided it was unnecessary. Unfortunately, in May 2023, it was very hot and it was impossible to sleep well. The hotel is glass-walled and the windows are not very suitable for ventilation. Additionally, the hotel is located next to a busy road and there are mosquitoes, so opening the windows doesn't help much. The receptionist promised us at least a fan, but nothing was provided. The hotel management was unavailable and did not respond to complaints.

Old town waking distance is occationally long when the university campus area passing is closed.

Courteous and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Good value for money.

Room was pretty big and comfy, the hotel lobby and reception is nice and always available welcome drinks and snacks are also provided

there are not much amities, I was confused about directions to get out from the hotel my double bed was made up of two mattresses so I cannot lie in the middle as there is a gap

Being on the 9th floor was nice as had a good view of the surrounding skylines. Size of the room was good.

Quite a dated room in need of refurbishment. Marks on walks and window frames. Dusty curtains everywhere, creating a very dusty environment. Simple things like numerous light bulbs gone in lifts. A number of hairs in room from previous guests / cleaners. Filthy external windows. The room temperature controls do nothing to change the room temperature. Included breakfast was average nothing bad, nothing good either.

Lovely big clean room and en suite bathroom. Good breakfast in roof top restaurant with fabulous views over the city.

Location is a bit of a walk from the old centre and the station. Only one restaurant nearby.
