Everything was ok

the food was good for Buffet all inclusive, variety was fine, not much queuing. the cocktails and drinks selections were all excellent good brands San Miguel, coke, cocktails, slushie, cocktails

evening entertainment wasn’t great

The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was also delicious, there was a huge selection both at breakfast and at dinner. The rooms were just like in the picture and were cleaned every day. There were many pools that were also cleaned every day. The parking lot was also perfect. There were plenty of programs for the children, so our little girl was never bored for a moment.

The water in the children's pool with slides was very, very cold, so even though it was the most beautiful pool, we couldn't use it. All the other pools were much warmer. I indicated in advance that we would be arriving with a 3-year-old girl, so we would like to request a baby bed. But this was only insured up to 2 years of age. However, the sofa bed cannot be used with a 3-year-old child, because it is very narrow, so children can easily fall off it. So the three of us slept in one bed in the end.

The beds are lovely and comfortable and the food changed every day. The life guards where brilliant and on the ball. Staff where so friendly.

I think they should be another toilet block at the other side of the pool area aswell. But either way I'm booking to come back again in the future

Cleaners were very good and daily. Food was decent but not much variety

My wife and I both got food poisoning. When I informed the reception the next day there was no apology, help or anything. Just a shrug. Also, we asked for any help with a late check out as we had our baby with us. Zero help. We offered to pay but were just told no. We didn't once hear from anyone about a kids club or activities. Dinner started at 7 which wasn't great as our daughter goes to bed at 7 so we had to take turns eating dinner.

Spacious room with balcony. There were different activities, especially for kids, such as presentations outdoor. Breakfast and dinner buffet with many options. Also there is a mini market with some essential things to buy in case of needed.

Small bathroom, there wasn’t place to put the toiletries. The hotel is large with many buildings but without proper signage, it’s easy to get lost.

great variety of food which tasted amazing, nice and helpful staff, rooms, pools, free parking, game room, bar…

it might be a bit far to walk to the shops and restaurants, but it’s way more calm than other places

breakfast was so poor …the sausages horrible,not comestible plus the glasses taste from “restaurant” tasted as chlorine

the Wi-Fi should be free throughout the hotel including rooms

Repeated menu for dinner. Uncomfortable mattress and lifts too small to fit a family in.

I like everything about the facility, there was plenty and variety of food for all ages, nice fun activities, evening shows, kid attractions....the list goes on!!!! Wonderful summer holiday spot for families with kids. Definitely recommend 👌

The food was delicious. I think that the all-inclusive option is very good. You have a lot of different food to choose from, so you can’t be hungry. The swimming pools were nice. Nothing special, but still very good. If you compare quality and price it’s a very good hotel. However you must remember that during the holiday period there are a lot of families with children, so for some people, it can be a little bit annoying.

I guess there are a lot of enterntainment for kids available which allows parents to have a bit of free time to enjoy the bar next to the pool. as my sister and I did not try neither pool nor bar and have no children - can hardly tell for sure.

1. Dirty dishes! Unacceptable!!! plates are washed, but nevertheless dirty, with leftover food stuck to it. on the 1st day I thought this had to be a mistake or smth. on 2nd day I suspected a systematic issue. on the 3rd day I picked up a plate and my hand on the back of hhe plate got stuck in a chunk of butter. horrible I took photos and headed to reception after breakfast right away. I was told to speak to the manager who was not there and that I need to come back in an hour or so. I will stress - I did not ask to speak to the manager - I asked to convey to the kitchen that plates, cup and glasses are simply dirty. every 5th plate had food stuck. every third cup had dried coffee stains, every glass had soap stains. Guys at reception kept on insisting that only manager can talk to the kitchen, they can not and that I should talk to him. they were not impressed by the photos I must say. next time after the dinner I took one of such dirty plates with me to the reception to show them how bad things are. same answer - I should talk to the manager, but he is not there at the moment and I should come again. I made another attempt on a different day- same story. I kept on "leaving presents" with the reception for the infamous manager. The staff laughed at me as soon as I turned my back to their desk. it seemed that glasses did get better, but leftover food and coffee stains did not go away. Horrible! From time to time I saw other people also sort through the plates to find clean ones and shake their heads in disbelief but i doubt they would have complained. on Booking it is advertised that hotel sanitizes plates as Corona preventive measure - what a joke! they can hardly wash them properly! 2. Reception staff. poor communication. it took 2 days to get a New remote control for TV and 4 days to fix the Do not disturb sign ( seems that somebody did not pass on the info) Why did I need Do not disturb sign fixed?
