Extrem freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage, schöne alte Architektur, aber trotzdem alles modern, was nötig ist. Schönes großes Bad. Zimmer konnte 3 std vor normalem Checkin schon bezogen werden.

The building is gorgeous, the rooms are amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend staying here! The underground is around the corner. It’s walkable to things. We had a wonderful time!

We stayed for 10 days in a park view suite and it was an incredible stay. The staff upon check in were outstanding, friendly and welcoming. Jack was excellent to deal with throughout the visit and the doorman named Ivar was wonderful. He was helpful, engaging and always made it feel like we were at home. The hotel is incredible and the staff amazing.the location was excellent for an extended stay. Steps away from the Russel square underground made it easy to get around to everything London has to offer but it was far enough from the hustle and bustle that we were able to get some calm at the end of each day. We included the breakfast in our stay and that was also worth the bit extra.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Très bel hotel, les parties communes sont superbes. Accessible à pied à partir de St Pancras. Nombreuses lignes de bus pour se rendre aux différents centres d'intérêt de Londres. Excellent acceuil. Calme (chambre vue cour). Bon petit déjeuner dans belle salle.

Comme dans malheurement presque tous les hotels de Londres, il n'est pas possible d'aérer proprement les chambres, les fenêtres étant bloquées. C'est vraiment un problème car malgré la ventilation mécanique l'air n'est jamais bien renouvellé. Cela se sent malgré le désodorisant. La fermeture des portes des chambres est bruyante.

Hotel was amazing- decoration superb. Staff were fantastic. Specifically Jack S who provided us with information throughout the day. Was informative, exceptionally friendly, and treated us as valued guests. Nothing was too much trouble. Demonstrated how to use the lifts, walked us around the facilities, explained everything. Was actively interested on our views and opinions

Breakfast was a little chaotic but to be expected when everyone descends at same time. Even so, the staff worked tirelessly to minimise customer discomfort - arranging seating for wait time (which frankly was minimal)

Exceptional hotel! Amazing style and facilities. Everything is clean and in great condition, does not look aged or worn out. Great selection for breakfast. Loved the cocktail bar on the first floor. All the staff members were polite and very helpful. Really enjoyed the stay. True 5 stars. Will come back again!

Quite expensive, so not very affordable for frequent occasions. however if you want a weekend or generally a time to spoil yourself, totally worth it.

Lo que nos gustó más fue el edificio, la decoración de todo el espacio (aunque las habitaciones eran un poco simples o básicas...los baños muy bonitos por eso). El personal muy amable en general.

Para ser un hotel de cinco estrellas, faltaban algunos detalles...en el baño no había enchufes más que para la máquina de afeitar, en nuestra habitación, en la 6a planta (611), estábamos al final del pasillo cerca de una zona de servicio del personal de la planta que limpiaba las habitaciones. Por las mañanas a partir de las 7am se oía mucho ruido de golpes de puertas al abrir y cerrarlas. Deberían estudiar la manera de evitar que haga tanto ruido. Entiendo que es una zona de paso, pero es muy molesto para quien está durmiendo aun, y siendo un hotel de esta categoría cobrando lo que cobra por noche, no debería haber molestias de este tipo. Otra cosa, el desayuno muy bueno pero el comedor era demasiado pequeño para el tipo de hotel que es (aunque tienen otro café de desayuno). Quizás se podría estudiar ampliar la zona de desayuno o trasladarla a otro salón más amplio para poder acoger a más gente, pues los fines de semana se llena con personas de fuera que vienen a hacer brunch y hay que esperar un rato a que te den mesa. Por lo demás, todo muy bien!

Only a short walk from Kings Cross Station, ideal for a last minute layover. Also within walking distance of the British Library, Oxford Street and Soho. Although the room was small it was perfectly formed and the overall ambience of the hotel was warm and relaxing.

The hotel is lovely, located right next to the Russell Square tube stop. The staff is excellent and the breakfasts were amazing.

While the solo room was comfortable, it was just a little too tightly layer out. More towels needed in the bathroom, and a slightly larger shower. Lots of water would escape.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. Beautiful room and excellent breakfast.

There was an event/party at the hotel on the second night we stayed. Couldn’t sleep until it was finished after 12.

Rooms are way too small, no amenities and bathrobes, too expensive for the type of room we had. It was really noisy due to a function and they wouldn’t even offer us a later check out the next day.

This hotel has the perfect location, you can walk to a lot of places in central London easily. The architecture and design of the hotel were beautiful. Cleanliness of the room was next level. All of the staff was was polite and friendly.

Open buffet breakfast had same choices everyday.

Most of the staff were personable and helpful, but it seemed to be beyond them to understand why a guest might not like what they liked. The building itself was stunning, the reason I booked the hotel, The general feel of the quality was what I expected, the impression was at odds with the ambiance.

The room was extremely small, well presented but small. I'm glad we were only staying one night. It was impossible to escape inappropriately loud music in the reception area, the bar,the breakfast rooms. so much so I had to ask for it to be turned down in order to book in. There is no quiet at this hotel. It was like walking into Abercrombie and Fitch, with staff in open neck shirts white trainers and bopping to the music. I expected a hotel in the grand style< based on the architecture, not a beach bar vibe from Aya Napa. I left to find breakfast at another hotel. for which I paid more!
