Cleanliness, for the money you expect it to be spotless

Absolutely nothing.

Zero. this apartment was disgusting. the bed had urine and blood stains on it. the duvet had no cover. there were bugs around the property, dirty dirty toilet brushes. holes in the walls. the checkin and checkout process is an absolute nightmare. be prepared to jump through hoops, waste time, get stressed. don’t expect any support from the apartment owner or their rude 3rd party contact Center. pricing for this property does not reflect the favela you will be staying in. do not stay here. discussing the issues with the owner and they took ZERO ownership of the issues and refused to provide a refund.

night club noise across the road, very dirty salt spray windows, dirty curtains, very few wine glasses, distance to check in, no remote for tv in main bed

The aircon wasn’t really working. And was really hot inside the apartment, had the doors and windows open entire time

the area was really nice, and the apartment in general was beautiful.

the hot water took a while to get warm, the dishes were all dirty when we went to use them, so I had to wash everything before use, and more blankets would have been great.

Having to drop keys back at coastal property Would be easier to be able to drop keys off in the Hilton.
