Property was very clean . Outside & Inside.

The spa bath was the only good feature.

Upon arrival we found that most rooms are housing people permanently, obviously through the government. One of whom was wearing a ankle bracelet!! The rooms are unclean and run down and needing maintenance. We were very unhappy to pay $185 a night to stay in amongst the low class of people living there permanently, this is something that should be made clear when booking but wasn't. The bed was completely stuffed and was a uncomfortable sleep. You are supplied with bugger all milk enough for one. We had a number of messages delaying check in very unprofessional.

This is the best value for money motel we have stayed in unit 10 is top

The spa bath was so nice you can watch tv from the spa too ,sound proofed so not much noise

Homeless people living there with their kids running wild .

We didn't stay at Arthur's due to they transferred us to other motel due our room wasn't available. We ended up stay at Salerno, dusting and it wasn't clean. Found mould by the windows and no cooked breakfast. We will stay at Arthur's next time or somewhere better.

No hot breakfast was available which was ashame as I was looking forward to some yummi eggs and hashbrowns etc 😀

Spa bath was lovely and the Shower pressure was awesome. Dude at check in was great, friendly and helpful. Pricing very reasonable. Overall happy with the place.

Heat Pump seems a little underpowered, not good at cooling the room. No hand soap in bathroom other than body wash in the shower, though possibly an oversight?

Loved how clean it was and very spacious. I booked a one bedroom family suite and they asked if I would like to upgrade to a 2 bedroom which was lovely and spacious for only $15 extra. I loved the friendly manner in which they spoke and they also showed us where to go in Christchurch and gave us a map. Also having T.V's in each room including the lounge and bedrooms was great as we all like watching different channels. Our beds were always made up and our room cleaned, we had fresh towels each day. Awesome, would definitely book and stay again.
