Larry on the snack bar is a lovely man who is very kind to the kids
The toddler pool is not heated which is baffling as it is next to the heated main pool. No kids were in it in late March as it was like an ice bath.

The location was fine snack bar was good very nice gentle man behind the snack bar staff at reception very nice too
The rooms where not clean when we arrived
The pool didn't seem very clean especially the baby pool that my daughter was in very cloudy most days
nowhere in the place to get food or a drink after 7 pm all my kids got ear aches including myself I've been going to lanzarote for many years now and this is the first experience I've had with a place I'm very understanding and don't normally give a bad review but it's just not acceptable in this day and age it has potential to be a beautiful spot if they would up there game on the cleaning and sort food and drink out after 7 pm cause some nights you like to sit in and enjoy a drink or meal in the complex

Pool was amazing. apartment itself had everything you need toaster, kettle, microwave, tv etc…Location was perfect just a nice walk from the strip and beach.

On holidaySecond time being here and can't wait to go back. The staff our excellent in every way. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. Located 5min walk from the beach. The best coffee/pastry shop is at the bottom of the road. Slight incline of a hill for those with mobility issues.(never an issue but just a piece of advice)
Small shop opposite for all daily needs. Bigger supermarket 2min walk away.
Poolside is well maintained daily. Very relaxing chilled atmosphere at this accommodation.
€10 deposit for tv remote. Why do u want a tv?!
Large fridge small freezer. Twin electric hobs. Pots and pans provided. Microwave, toaster, kettle.
Best value for accommodation and location always.
The tiny wee box freezer. It wouldn't freeze anything. So lollies to cool down was a no no. But in fairness as I said there's a shop across the road.

Hate the towels on sun loungers need more so this does not happen only thing that spoiled it.

The pool was lovely and clean, and in a ideal spot from your rooms, not too far to walk
Nothing really, I have stayed here a few times before so I know what to expect. I wouldn't go back if I didn't think the accommodation was not very good. Staff have always been friendly and apartments and the whole place clean and tidy.

Beautiful big balcony.Very convenient to everything.
No hairdryer in bathroom. A walk in shower are in some rooms but not in mine..The sunbeds are not adjustable and very hard so you have to hire mats . You also have to hire remote control for tv. These are all added extras that some resorts are for free
