The location to the town centre and some cafes.

The living room was a draft in the living room and it smelt of damp. No one wanted to help when someone blocked me in the car park on NYE. I had to call the police.

Great location and the apartment was excellent.

Great spacious apartment, close to the castle and the city centre. Greeting on arrival by Rashmi who was very lovely and smiley. Sparkling clean all through.

My only very minor complaint is that there were no tea towels as stated on the website but this really didn't upset me, I improvised.

Dashmi was very patient and heloful with all my questions and requests beforehand, really helpful with finding the location , even calling to check when we were yet to arrive later than we’d hoped, and was welcoming and available during our stay. The car park was a handy feature, for an additional cost but great for peace of mind.

Including parking in the price would have felt nicer. But no complaints otherwise!

Very good facilities, fixtures and furnishings. Clean and comfortable. Dog-friendly. Parking. Very good location (walking distance to city centre). Helpful staff. Eateries close by. 24-hour garage to pick up starter supplies five minutes' walk away).

This is not a dislike but a suggestion. As we stayed for 10 days, we would have liked a butter dish, teapot and fruit bowl, which the owner might consider adding.

There is an on site manager ,Kieran, who was fantastic. It was extremely easy to get in, and get the keys. Parking is extra, but well worth it, it is a private secured area. We have apartment 11, which was fantastic,

Excellent rooms with great facilities and comfy rooms

Good size apartment in a quiet spot, despite its city central location. The apartment sits on a beautiful, leafy street in the city. The staff member that welcomed us was helpful and friendly.

A bit disappointing to pay extra for parking when it appeared to be plentiful. otherwise it’s difficult to fault this property.

Everything about the apartment was perfect. Clean, spacious, well stocked, pleasant and helpful staff and ideal location. Not far to walk into city centre but far enough away to be quiet. We went for a concert and the town centre was manic but it was really quiet back at the apartments and we all slept well even on the ground floor.

The location was fantastic, there are bars, resturants and shops all down the road and in the immediate vicinty easily in walking distance. The apartment was incredibly spacious and the host was very friendly and kept us up to date with the status of the room even though we had arrived early. The apartment was very clean too.

Getting into car park and bit tricky. Also at the back where you enter the car park there is no sign to indicate it is SACO.
