The hotel location is fantastic with everything - station, arenas, castle etc a short walk away. The staff were really friendly and helpful with any queries we had. Our room was larger than we expected and really well appointed. We had a great nights sleep as well. The selection of food available at breakfast was amazing and kept well supplied by a really friendly team. After our recent negative experience at a Radisson Blu in London we were concerned that we'd experience similar issues but the difference between them was like night and day and our stay was wonderful.
The Nespresso machine wasn't in our room but as we don't drink coffee that wasn't a problem. There wasn't anything we didn't like really. Couldn't have asked for a better experience when staying away.

The room wasn't upto standard, carpet was stained in a few places, wardrobe looked like it was 40 years old, the bedding had holes in it

We stayed in an accessible room as my Num is registered blind. The room was lovely and spacious which allowed her to move around safely.
However, it was mainly to accommodate a wheelchair user. A sight impairment needs a well-lit room, preferably natural light. The window was small and the lighting was subdued. The wet room was a huge hazard for my Mum as she couldn’t see the water all over the floor. There were no surfaces in the bathroom to store a single item.

Location was great for central Cardiff and train station, very convenient. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious and stylish. I wish I'd had a chance to try the gym etc - maybe next time.
Restaurant menu seemed a bit uninteresting and a bit expensive for what it was so I didn't eat with you.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. It's a great spot for Cardiff, esp if you get a nice view (which I did).
The bar and foyer are not much to speak of but that's nothing really.

The bar area was great. We went to see the Foo Fighters and the music event in the bar, beforehand, was ideal.

The location of the hotel is perfect for the Principality Stadium. The bed and shower were both good.
Even on 11th floor the noise from the bar and outside was quite loud. Better soundproofing would be good!

Good location, excellent reception staff when I checked in.
TV service was not available, night reception staff kept telling me that there was nothing they could do anything about it as it was out of their control.

Hotel was close to town center, train station and bus station. Staff were so polite and smiled. Thank you Lucas, you were so helpful during our stay, amazing personality. Breakfast was good too.

Stepping into that hotel was like stepping into a time warp! The furnishings were straight out of Mad Men, and the carpet probably witnessed the birth of disco. Comfiness wasn't exactly on the menu.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay, my friend is a wheelchair user and the staff were exceptional, ensuring our stay was perfect, a big thanks to Lewis, the 2 Victoria’s and Abigail

I gave 4 months notice to request to move the booking to the following day or to a day that suits the hotel during off peak seasons and they declined and charged me nearly £200 after I told them the reasons why I could not attend that night

The hotel is great and the location is fantastic, The on and off bus was right across the street and we were within walking distance to the train station.
I did not like the price of the breakfast so we did not eat at the hotel.

It was my husband birthday and we were due yo go away for the weekend, but that didn't work out, so I booked this hotel and explained the situation, and without any hesitation, they upgraded us to a larger room with views of the city. 10/10 thank you, radisson blu .

Group of men talking very loudly at breakfast about being in the stripers the night before and there were children around
