Fantastic location. Nice and close to the shops, restaurants and beach.

The room we were put in had wet carpet and bathroom floors. After the manager had contacted the owners we were moved to the room next door. Disappointing as this was obviously set up for families with an additional set of bunks and no comfortable chairs for reading or watching the TV. The table was old and marked and there were marks on the carpet. An awful lot of noise from the bus stop outside. The manager did say that the owner was reluctant to spend money. We weren't offered a discount on what we paid which would have been a nice gesture considering the mucking around and what we thought was a down graded room.

The bed was comfortable, close to restaurants, shops and the beach, staff were friendly and it was roomy. The property wasn't damp or mouldy, heaps of parking easy to find and good communication.

I enjoyed staying here but i feel the price was quite steep for what was on offer. Sadly the water tasted like there were ants in the cylinder, (but great coffee shop close by) the fridge froze our milk and beverages, (it is summer so not a biggie) the tap in the spa bath had an inch of silicone around it, just looked unsightly and the plug in hairdryer didn't work but there was another hairdryer. The complex was very dated and needs a full makeover. Would I stay here again? Maybe but would look at other options for a similar price.

Wi-Fi was not very good

so clean, very easy with the lockbox, very responsive staff member, love how there was milk!

Big bathroom & shower area. Netflix. Close to beach, playground, good food options. Plenty of room to spread out. Parking right at the door.

No milk for coffee suplied and reception is unattended. Bed was OK but pillows were so flat and uncomfortable. We stayed 2 nights and the room was unserviced in between. Fresh towels were just left outside the door.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, perfect for our family of 5. Was very comfortable and the shower and spa bath were amazing! Beach is 2 minute walk away, great food and pub on the same street. Mostly non contact but all information was provided by hosts and any enquiries answered straight away, one occasion of contact and staff was lovely. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again!

Quite thin walls.

it was close to the beach. it was private. we were met by a lovely lady who showed us the room.

there were some issues like the tvs aerial needs fixing. the fridge was noisey all night. we ended up disconnecting from the wall.

Location. Spa bath. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Very friendly wandering cat

No clothes drying line but provided it the next day. Skipped one day of room service

Staff were excellent. Sarah made me feel welcome.

Wifi didn't work well.
