Room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Had perfect sleep both nights of my stay. Room comes with complimentary drinks and snacks that can be topped up each day upon request. Location can't get any better than this. Cuba St at your door and so many great cafes, restaurants and shopping close by. Parking is available in basement for extra $30 per night.

Room service comes with an extra $8 delivery fee. Unheard of especially for a more expensive accomodation in the area like Naumi. We had issues with ordering on the second night and was treated poorly by the one staff member on the phone who tried to tell me that they couldn't deliver drinks to our room despite having a menu of drinks in the room with the note about delivery cost. Very confusing but it was eventually sorted out by the friendly reception. Bathroom is dated and doesn't match the style or quality of the rooms. Could be a lot more sleek and showers/bath need updating. The handles were hard to turn on to make the shower go but the shower head was good, no change in that.

The Art Deco interior, the quirkiness and the vibrant bedrooms. The location, right on Cuba Street, was fabulous!

The hotel location was just in the edge of the city, which was fantastic. Very large room and comfortable bed. The lolly bar at reception and free items in the minibar were a nice treat. Staff were very friendly and the hotel bar was really nice.

Such a treat in the heart of the city! My dad didn’t want to leave the beautiful comfy room even though it’s in such a fun and walkable location. Loved the extra touches like the shower steamer! Well worth it!

2 complimentary bubble waters left in a room reserved for 3 is probably my only complaint 😅

A great looking, trendy hotel with big rooms, comfy beds and nice complimentary goodies and amenity kit in the rooms.

Several young reception staff unfortunately were not friendly at all and sadly don’t bother greeting their guests when they walk past the reception. Cleaning staff, restaurant/bar staff was very friendly and also the older receptionist at check out.

Shower pressure not good- weird that there’s no washing up liquid- we wanted to wash cups between room service and couldn’t- why provide a microwave and no plates or cutlery ? Get rid of the microwave or provide decent ammenities

Room was BIG!!! Nice beds, pretty good view. Kitchenette area, sofa, small table were all nice. Liked the indoor pool and hot tub on the 4th floor.

Only drawback was the weird modern shower, with only a narrow plexigrass wall near the shower head. Water tends to go everywhere and not stay in the shower stall.

We were told room service was available before we arrived as were got in late after a full day of travel, however when we checked it they told us the kitchen is closed Sunday mondays , which was not stated when I asked via email , breakfast was not included either and for the price of $255 you would think it would have been. Staff at reception were slightly rude when I asked

Bathroom - shower design is terrible; positioning of shower head means that water flows out through the gap between shower glass panel. Lots of water wastage and also means lots of towels needing to be placed down to absorb the water (and replaced frequently).

Dirty dishes were left by the elevator the entire two days I stayed and not.picked up by staff. Bag check is not secure (self service to the bag room) and the shower is super hard to use with at one point the hot water failing.
