Geluidsoverlast in de kamer. Verdieping 5 (bleek verbouwing dak terras) gemeld en direct actie en naar verdieping 2. Daar geluidsoverlast vanwege claxonneerde auto’s ontzettend druk verkeer Jammer ook dat de bouwvakkers bezig waren en we ons niet prettig voelde in badpak (moeder en dochter) rommel. Geen ligbedden. Geen stoelen. Geen service. Jammer dat dit niet op de website staat

Perfect location for exploring Mumbai. Lovely to be right on the ocean. Hotel had everything we could need. Very comfy bed and a peaceful night's sleep

The rooftop terrace was great and had views of the whole of Mumbai. Rooms were nice, comfy, spacious and clean. Location was great. I always stay in the three major hotels in this area when staying in Mumbai. Nice walk from the hotel to gateway of India area. Very central. Security on this hotel is very good and is never allow people just to walk in without bags being put through the scanner. All staff were very friendly.

I had a couple of issues with my key cards not working properly.

The team were so welcoming and so helpful. I stayed for four nights. The location was safe, great access to shops, and a pharmacy. The Indian and Western food was delicious. My room had water views and was large. The gum is small though adequate.

Overall excellent. The towels and mattress could be upgraded though very adequate and comfortable.
