Compact and functional facilities.
Accessible and great location.
Highly recommended for big group.
Poor Internet connection. Wish there was a dryer as well.

It was everything we could ask for. Great location, clean and tidy, beds were great and spacious.
The shower head upstairs was broken 😩

The house was a great size and our family enjoyed the living areas + outdoor area a lot

Internal was nice and catered for our group of 7, great water pressure in the shower! Close enough and easy walk to the stadium and neighbour's the park.
External first impressions was very poor and in run down state. No mention of neighboring the mosque which caused trauma in our younger travelers. Internet only worked first of 3 days, rice cooker didn't work either. Over priced for what we received, adding people was equal to booking 2 houses.

Pleasant all round, relaxing and spacious, staff commendable for great communication and very gracious regarding Covid L4 in allowing us further time if it had been necessary. Hope to make it again 😄

Great value for money. Arrived and heat pump was on as it was a very cold day. Fully equipped kitchen if we had needed to cook. Plenty of space, very clean and tidy. Convenient to walk to Riccarton and easy parking for taking the car into the city.

Very comfortable beds with beautiful soft duvets, blankets as toppers.
Extremely quiet. Lots of parking. Good value for money.
Great communication with owners. Lots of space to eat with indoor and outdoor tables. All tools you need in the kitchen! Fabulous dishwasher and hob.

Everything was great about our stay. The large beds were very comfortable, the place was clean, there was plenty of plates, cutlery etc (there was 6 of us staying), it was quiet and warm with plenty of heating (heat pump downstairs and heaters in each bedroom upstairs).
Overall our stay was great, but there was just a couple of very minor things:
- it was hard to find the driveway the first time as the letterbox is hidden by the fence
- the soap dispenser pump was broken so we had to take the lid off to get soap for washing hands
- there were no bin liners in the kitchen rubbish bins
- two of our teenage boys said the single beds were very uncomfortable

Fans in bthrm not working, soap dispensers not working, outside unkempt and full of leaves.
