Cozy and heating easy - adequate bedding - beds not needed provided space for clothing. Used our own hangers and hung coats etc on bunks. Chair on deck good in the sun. And table with seating in front of ensuite cabin. Extra towels if needed for 3day stay available for exrra $25. Not needed cos could dry in sunny weather. TV easy to operate and good reception.

Should have had detergent for washing dishes. Not easy for one person of the couple to get in and out of Queen size lower bunk bed during the night, especially if an older couple. No easy chairs. only dining chairs

Close to beach to walk on. Close to shops. Had a good shower. Comfortable bed.

Probably a bit smaller that we would have liked. Had to make our own bed on arrival.

We were almost right on the beach and could lie in bed and see the morning sunrise over the sea. We were upgraded from a bungalow to a motel unit which had everything we needed.

Nothing. The only downside is there are no nice restaurants or cafes close by. We did have a nice roast dinner at the Bayview Tavern on Sunday night.

Very dirty, especially kitchen and oven, old used furniture.

Tsunami warning evacuation area is on top of the hill, between the beach and the grounds. Not wise at all. Room size was exceptionally small and could take up to 4 people. Knew it was ‘budget’ room, but didn’t have any room for tea/coffee and fridge. Take extra bed out and this would be possible. Also have to pay for showers and cutlery/crockery, which adds to the cost. Nice place, but not worth it sorry.

Loved the showers besides having to pay $1 for 5mins and snapper cafe the food was yummy as, the staff were very welcoming, Also the grounds are very well kept and tidy.

I found the location was a bit far out from Napier itself I think it was good for us I just think personally it wouldn't be suited for me and my children.
