Only the location. Unfortunately no other choice inside Yanbu industrial city

The service was extremely bad and doesn’t worth the price. Unfortunately, the hotel management were not available to take the costumer’s feedback. Once I met the deputy manager, he was unreasonable and take the feedback in very defensive response and blamed their own operation sub-contractor.

beautiful room with a great view. The best thing about the Hotel were the receptionists. They were so kind and welcoming.

It has an amazing pool over looking the sea but unfortunately women don’t have the right to swim.

it’s well organized and so clean. I paid for the honeymoon package which includes decorating the room, cake, lovely dinner and breakfast. I was good.

The window for the seaview was not clean.

The rate that I was charged when I made the booking was 100% more than the rate charged after the free cancellation period. Staff at hotel refused to consider booking at the new rate and wanted to charge for adjoining rooms. I will not be using Booking.com for this location again. Visitors should also be aware that the beach is practically unusable and the sea water next to the resort looked terribly unclean.

Big old Hotel, nice Location but just old. Not a lot of comford of the sun beds, no mattress, no style, and at dinner, i was alone.

Location is good.

No spa. No concierge to assist in booking attractions/activities. No body came to pick luggage immediately upon my arrival, staff came only after I parked the car and checked in.

The pool closes at sunset , considering it’s sooo hot in summer, we would prefer to use the pool at night, linen on the bed was not comfortable, no food from outside is allowed in the hotel, we waited for over 30 mins for a waiter to serve us, too many rules, women not allowed to swim in the pool or beach
