So comfortable and excellent service! All requests were immediately accommodated and everyone was so friendly. They had such an amazing Musallah! I don’t think we can stay anywhere else when we come to Makkah.

Lobby bathroom could be a touch cleaner, but still can’t complain.

Most top hotels around the Haram have run down over time. Raffles has managed to come up with a formula of ensuring the property is maintained properly with a particular attention to quality of service. This is the main reason I return here almost twice a year. I would like to mention in particular the personal attention paid by Tasneem from the front-desk team during our entire stay from check-in to check-out, including transportation. Also Hamdaan at the dining hall is doing an excellent job.

Somethings can be valued added. Not having Iron stands and Iron in a Kaaba view room was a bit of a surprise given the rental price that is charged.

Elegant hotel with excellent staff with entrance directly to the Harem and views of the Kabaa.

Customer service is bad and cancellation policy is horrible and I feel I was robbed

Closeness to the Haram New and clean furniture. Hospitality and going the extra mile

The only thing that I did not like is the late check in policy. However, Aya in the hotel reception went the extra mile to help us check in once the room was ready right after finishing our Omrah rituals.

Close to haram and other facilities such as restaurants and malls.

Didnt have full view to Haram. Their manager advised to consider better responses rather than giving unrealistic reasons even when i asked for paid upgrades!! Old managers were doing much better.

الذي لم يعجبني اني اكون طالبه اطلاله على الكعبه وادوار عليا ووقت الوصول واستلام الجناح يقول الموظف انو مافيه ادوار عليا واطلالة الكعبة هذي اللي مغطيه عليها منارات باب الملك عبد العزيز غير الصبات اللي موجوده امام الشبابيك مرررره زعجتني كثير وكنت مستأة جدا ولم اقابل مثل هذه المره في سوء اطلالة الجناح واذا قلت غيرو لنا هذا ليس طلبنا يعتذرون ويقولون هذا المتوفر

I and my family had probably the best stay at any hotel ive been in. From the moment we got into the hotel we were treated excellently. HANOOF AND ABDULLAH treated us as if they knew our requirements. So we would like to Thank Hanoof and Abdullah for everything they did for us. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
