Receptionist che ci ha accolto all'arrivo molto demotivata e poco accogliente.Bagno con qualche segno di usura.

The room was very spacious and clean the people working there were very good and ready to help in every situation. It also had breakfast and it was good.
The facilities were a bit old. For this type of hotel it should be a bit more taken care of and maybe a bit renovated

La habitación cuenta con nevera y aire acondicionado. La ubicación es buena, lejos de la estación de tren pero cerca del casco.
Predisposición de la recepcionista a cambiarnos a una habitación superior al segundo día, después de quejarnos de la habitación.
Habíamos reservado la habitación económica. En las fotos no se aprecia lo malas que son. Habitación pequeñísima, vieja y mala cama y sábanas muy ásperas.
Lo peor, el baño. No tiene mampara, no tiene plato de ducha y te tienes que duchar en el mismo suelo del baño. El agua moja todo por lo que las juntas de las baldosas están negras de moho y todo huele a humedad.
El hotel tiene 3 estrellas por lo que no te esperas encontrarte esta habitación de motel de carretera.
Cuando nos cambiaron de habitación mejor, era un cuarto sencillo pero reformado y con mejor cama.
En general mucho ruido por las noches y por las mañanas por el personal de limpieza que a las 8 empiezan a trabajar hablando en voz muy alta en tu misma puerta y haciendo ruidos con los utensilios. En general independientemente del cuarto el descanso es malo en este hotel.

Camere poco spaziose. Ero in soggiorno con un disabile in carrozzina chiedendo espressamente una camera dedicata ma lonspazio era al limite della fruibilità.

-ambiente non adeguatamente riscaldato
-climatizzatore, probabilmente funzionante solo in estate
- richiesto 1 coperta aggiuntiva, prontamente consegnata, ma macchiata, chiesto sostituzione, ma anche la successiva era macchiata
- set di cortesia inadeguato, insufficiente anche per una sola doccia
- servizio parcheggio non disponibile se non su prenotazione
- servizio biciclette non gratuito come indicato all’atto di prenotazione
- colazione pessima per clientela italiana
- unica nota positiva, personale molto cortese

The hotel parking was full although occupancy did not seem high. Parking nearby is very difficult.
The room is old fashioned and narrow.
The SPA is not included and is expensive.
There was no coffee for breakfast. The machines were broken and the bar alternative had to be paid for separately.

Hotel molto vicino al centro che è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Staff accogliente e camera ben arredata e pulitissima. Bagno spazioso e doccia super comoda. Consigliatissimo!

Świetna lokalizacja, pokój bez zarzutu , nowocześnie , świeżo i czyściutko. Bardzo przyjaźnie nastawiony personel. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu . Gorąco polecam miejscówkę !

The location is great, you can walk to every sightseeing. The staff was great and really nice. The bed is really comfortable. We booked an hour long massage and it was excellent. Also, we got a bottle of wine for free.

Ottima posizione, a due passi da Piazza Prato della valle. Ragazzo della reception molto cordiale e professionale.
Buono il prezzo per la posizione.
La stanza era molto calda.
Consiglio di pagare un pochino di più per avere la stanza leggermente più grande.

Ou se pode ir caminhando até o centro ou se pegar o tram.
O quarto não tinha muita iluminação, não se tinha a senha da internet, uma iluminação de cama muito fraca e antiga.
Uma parede do quarto estava muito embolorada e era um barulho muito grande do corredor. Podia se ouvir logo cedo as senhoras da limpeza, e no que mal sai do quarto já vi uma senhora abrindo a porta para limpar o quarto.

The hotel is located in a quiet street, right by the main square. The staff was extremely helpful, the rooms are small but comfortable. I would definitely come back!

It is a good location and very good value for money. They were cleaning daily. The parking spot seemed a bit expensive but I didn't need it. It seems a good place for families too. There is Netflix and AC.
The vending machine ate my coins and didn't give me the chips. Twice. Also, there were these men outside when I came, they were flirting, and I felt a bit unsafe, but it was okay in the end (maybe less related to the hotel itself).
The main issue is that I had two small beds listed as one big bed, and it was uncomfortable during the night because they were moving. The room was fairly small and had no closet. If I remember correctly, a balcony was listed, but it was so small that a person wouldn't fit. I wouldn't call it a balcony.

The room was a good size for myself. Had a double bed. Air conditioning was brilliant had to switch it off through the night! The staff were friendly and gave great advice on where to go for food and best attractions. Was a 37°c day and receptionist gave me a free bottle of cold water on arrival and offered on my departure. Location for food was perfect restaurants within a 20min walk.
That it was too hot for the wellness centre to be open as I was hoping for a massage but still a great stay.

They have air conditioner in the room so you can sleep comfortably at night. In my opinion, in summer, air conditioning is enough to put this hotel above 90% of similarly priced hotels in Padua. Also, the breakfast is excellent!

Location was good - near to city center. Quite good value for money. The staff at the reception was very nice and friendly, I was given free bottles of water because there was no open shop anywhere on Sundays evening. Room was very small and basic but sufficient for one night and for 1 person. Bed was very comfortable.
Amenities and room furniture are quite old. The thing that should be definitely improved - cleanliness - there were some stains in the bathroom and in the floor

The staff were fantastic! From the moment we walked in, they made our (rather large) group feel so welcome. Anytime I got to walk past reception was great. I'm not a huge fan of wine, but if they'd had more options at the bar, I might've just hung out at the hotel and not explored anymore of Padova! You guys really contributed to us having an amazing trip, and I will definitely be returning to Padova as soon as I possibly can.
