I liked the bed. It was extremely comfortable and cozy. In general the room was very clean and had everything that you could need. Table was reasonable size for if you wanted yiu could work, nice TV that you can Chromecast whatevrr you wanted to see. Very good

The problem here is not perse about the hotel but about my whole accommodation experience from booking to the end. The biggest problem of mine was that I got treated like a Ryanair customer that I got bombarded with purchase packages messages since I clicked to reserve the accommodation. Every day, almost, I was getting messages buy this do that we have this we have the other. I tried to opt out but without any luck, then I asked them to stop plus some questions I had. No answer, messages were keep coming in the meantime. Two days before the booking dates, they texted me that I MUST check in my stay, which is fine. In this landing page I visited it was clearly mentioned, bed preferences are not guaranteed and it is per availability. Of course when I booked I asked for double bed and this info was nowhere. Then there was a fee mentioned, about something around 8.5 euros. Never understood what is that. I tried to ask them but without any problem. Also about the checking time, the landing page was stating if you come earlier than 15.00 you will pay. This is exactly what I did at 13.00 I was there, and didn't pay anything. What if though someone would be more rules oriented and they would wonder around the city with their luggages. That is not nice from a hotel with this price range, neither the location which MIDI is considered one of the worst areas in Brussels (although I didn't face any problem).

I always like coming back to this hotel. Quiet, comfortable rooms, lots of desk space for work; a bar if one wants a quick snack.

There was an imprint of a hand on the entrance door (door not wiped properly) ... But the price was very reasonable this time, so overall - had an excellent stay.

Good, helpful staff. Large room with a comfortable bed and super desk for working. Location is perfect if you need to be at Midi station early in the morning.

Great location next to the main station in Brussels. Lovely big room, a very comfy bed. Nice and quiet. A nice little gym with 24/7 access. Very good breakfast.

There wasn't anything i could think of

Très bon séjour. Chambre de bonne taille avec literie confortable. Personnel sympathique à la réception. Petit-déjeuner très bien. Présence d'un parking, très pratique dans le quartier. Situé juste en face de la gare du Midi.

Manque de propreté dans la salle de bain (il y avait encore une serviette de douche utilisée en boule au sol). Prix du parking élevé, mais bon, c'est partout pareil

We only stayed here for one night for train connections but it is a fabulous location and very easy to reach the other parts of town by Metro. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. I'd definitely start here again.

I booked two rooms with two twin beds (for four guys) but a receptionist told us that they have the only room with two twin beds and he gave us another room with 1 king size bed. I told him that it's uncomfortable for us but he suggested us to buy one extra bed for 35 euro / night. It was very strange as I booked 2 rooms with 2 twin beds. We decided to look at this room (we hoped that it would be a really king size bed) but the bed was too small. We thought that he just wanted to force us to buy one extra bed. We told that the bed is too small and asked him to give us the room that I had booked, i.e. with 2 twin beds. To my surprise, such a room suddenly appeared. Ok, we got the rooms that we booked. However, I got the impression that Firstly, they want to give us a room that I had not booked. Secondly, they just want to charge us extra for a comfortable stay. My friends told me the Radisson Hotels have a perfect service, an excelent rooms and you can relax. However, this situation has shown me, you should be attentive and do not relax when talking to a receptionist as they do not want to give you what you have booked and try to sell you additional services that you don't need.

The hotel is in an ideal situation for the Eurostar, just out of the main doors of the Brussels Midi station concourse. This was ideal as we arrived late at night. The hotel also kept our bags for us on our last day in Brussels so we could pick them up just before checking in for the train home. The room was huge and spotless, with a lovely bathroom with walk-in shower. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was overpriced - you'd have to have eaten a lot to get your money's worth. There are plenty of other options in the station area though (which we used on subsequent days!). Although the hotel is great, the area around the Midi station is run-down and a bit seedy. This isn't the hotel's fault but worth bearing in mind for lone travellers.

Large, clean room. Great location across the road from Brussels Midi station.

Window with courtyard view rather small. No service after 10 pm.

Very convenient location for train travellers. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is good. The room we had looked over the courtyard which was pleasant and very quiet.
