At the time of checking in at the reception counter, the employee present treated us in a very respectful manner and explained to us the reasons for giving us the rooms. And on the other side of the reception, there was a female employee upset upset because we objected about the rooms and we needed to change them, and she was speaking in an inappropriate manner at all.

the location was the only good thing about the hotel . it was in front of Abant Lake

everything. the hotel is too old . the rooms are not the same as the phote . too small and narrow and the view was not as requested. I left the hotel right away. I paid for one night and left without sleeping. the staff at the reception were very rude the only good person was the bellboy.
