it was good having the two bedrooms so the kids had their own space to sleep.

It was run down and not very clean. the bath wasn’t clean and in the corners etc. no hand towels. Also never anyone on reception.

I have to commend them on their friendliness and also helpfulness. Beds were clean and fresh just great.

Certain parts of the property are dated and could do with an upgrade. The carpets and blinds had stains and parts of the room could have done with a splash of paint. It was a shame because other than that can't really complain.

only good thing was the location

room was very mouldy and the smell from it was very strong that we both couldn’t sleep. bathroom door wouldn’t close, old shampoo container left in the shower and room had no toilet paper at all. when we got to room in the evening no car parks where free when we had said we needed one and told one would be available, the receptionist moved her car but had to park it right behind us as it’s all yellow lines on the road.

Water went everywhere when you'd use the shower. The shower curtain was moldy and the curtains in the room where moldy as well

Comfy beds. Kitchenette etc which was great.

Spa bath was in bad condition and bathroom smaller than photos. Buildings dated and needs a fresh coat of paint.

Room was spacious, homey and comfortable.

No Netflix or other type TV subscriptions, you can only access standard TV channels.

The website states 'luxury apartments' - moldy bathroom, cracks and holes in the walls and ceiling, rotten and peeling window sills, broken, moldy blinds and stained carpet was definitely not the 'luxury' we were expecting. We tried phoning the reception a number of times to get the wifi code (we weren't told on check-in that it's on the key), only to find that the phone doesn't actually work. The whole apartment was tiny and the kitchen is useless for anything more than making a hot drink. Unsure if we just got a 'dud' room but we definitely won't be back.

lovely little cosy apartment, with everything we needed for our stay, the lady at the front desk was very helpful bringing milk to our room, re topping up the tea bags, sugar,cookies and towels daily, she also helped me out exchanging change so I could use the washing machine. was very quite considering it’s in a busy road.
