Everything about this place is good. The location, room service, amazing host (Mr, Dilip Bhonde), home cooked food, cleanliness, house keeping. Lot of restaurants within 300 meter radius (veg and non-veg, start bucks, coffee nation, udupi etc).

Parking is a little challenge but somehow it was managed

First of all I liked the nature of owner and he was so particular about every little things we need when we are away from our home. Room was so clean and tidy. Services was up to the mark. It was beyond my expectations. Location is too good as you can find good restaurants nearby your place. Homely environment.

Good room with AC and desk, and great homecooked breakfasts. Location is on a quiet side street off a busy road with lots of restaurants.

Payment with international credit card didn’t work. Owner said he’d fix that for next time.

There was no breakfast

I had booked for bed & breakfast & no breakfast was arranged.

Didnt have breakfast - but location was close to Law college. Starbucks takes Card if you're out of Cash... also an ATM, Foreign Exchange, and Organic food store nearby. Was quiet and very tranquil on the street. Owners are lovely and very helpful!

On arrival - make it even more clear for people to use the Telephone to call reception. Their is a sign, but somehow I missed it. Otherwise, everything is great.

Classy as always. Spacious room with all the small touches that can been desired. The bakery downstairs smells delicious. Gentle music on the veranda mingling with the morning parakeet chirps, soothes our entry into the day, and we can make our own coffee with the kettle (not standard over here!). Having a 100% delicious hot home-cooked local breakfast as an option, and the availability to get clothing laundered and fresh in a day, is an absolute luxury as is the personal attention guests get from the always-manned reception. The team is headed by a true gentleman who could teach the best hotels a thing or two about hospitality. Thank you again.

Nothing, stay was excellent.

Hygienic , clean washroom and room, dedicated space for work and good internet speed. Prime location with good outlets around and away from hustle bustle. The owner is very cooperative and very nice Breakfast was very tasty.

Breakfast was a bit expensive

The location of the property is at a quiet place .The owner is very helpful and friendly in nature. The property is elegantly designed with all amenities.The support staff is also prompt and helpful.

Breakfast menu can have more options.
