Reception was efficient and friendly and helpful.
The facility is pretty dated and tired, but room was clean and housekeeping was to a high standard. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

A bit noisy on the side of corridor when noisy neighbours pass by, as the window cannot reduce any sound. We arrived a bit early (about 1:30 pm) for check in so I understand the room was not ready at that time, but we came back twice (2pm and 3pm) and the room still not fully ready, the arrangement of room clean need to be improved (I mentioned the approximate checkin time when I book the room, so they should know).

Great room views. Nice kitchen facility and bathroom, though bit dated. All right parking space. Good comfy beds. Central location.
The bathroom windows had a cumbersome way of opening and locking. Cumbersome driving around the motel facility in order to park. The motel seems a bit dated and needs a refurbishment, but it still serves its purpose.

Great view of the lake, warm, quiet room, and lots of recommendations on local eateries and bars etc. Great to be able to bring Pixie along as well. Pixie is our little white maltese dog. She was very respectful and comfortable as well. Will be back again and have recommended your hotel to family and friends
Toilet seat was loose and there was no towel rack in the shower / toilet ..... but really no big deal

excellent location. sliding glass door leading to sunny courtyard Bed comfortable. Extra blankets if required. Ironing facilities in room, not always present in motel rooms.

This motel has a handy location for walking to and from restaurants in central Taupo. There is also a beach just over the road. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The pillow on my bed was perfect.

It was going back in a time machine to 1980. Facilities resembled a place you go for school camp. Spider webs everywhere, elevator made more noise than an excavator and the carpet smelled like an old peoples home. Been on the market for many months, think it will for many more.....
