Not enough parking. I had to pick my daughter and her friend up from a concert didn’t get back until after 11:30ish, when we got back there were no parks inside or out other than reserved parking. There was also no close street parking, and I didn’t feel comfortable walking in the middle of the night with 2 16yr old girls. I ended up parking in a reserved parking spot that didn’t have a number plate on it then having to get up early to move my car even than I was lucky enough to find a spot.

Check in time was meant to be 2pm, which was notified in writing...room wasn't ready until 4pm and we were told that there was nothing they could do about it. Rooms are far from being sound proof, can clearly hear the people in adjoining rooms and outside noise. Bed was uncomfortable. We don't recommend and will never use again.

Great place to stay while in Brisbane that's not in the heart of Brisbane, close to major shopping centres and a 10 minute drive to the airport. Free parking underneath the property that is secure.

Fold out sofa was uncomfortable and had urine stains on it. Was basically a bunch of springs inside a potato sack. Also no bedding for the sofa bed. Breakfast was below average.

The property was easy to access and had onsite parking. Both the rooms had a balcony that was nice to sit and have breakfast on. there is a lift to access all the levels. the rooms were clean and tidy. you can walk to restaurants and supermarkets and the Westfield Chermside is only 20 mins walk away.

we were disappointed that the appartments did not have their own washing machines/dryer and that the ones available were pay-to-use. we travel to and from Brisbane often and our expectation for a serviced apartment is a higher standard than these apartments. the kitchens have the bare minimum as far as utensils. there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and the shampoo/conditioner/soap was an all-in-one that felt more like a public bathroom than a serviced apartment. the reception staff, although friendly, were unable to assist with things like booking a cab and our overall feeling was that it could be a bit nicer with some small tweaks.
