room was spacious, ac was ok.

property needs some improvements, things were broken.

Everything was ok 👍, very clean room, nice staff especially alex and jose , the metro 6 minutes walking, parking was ok .and very safe place.

Location And I have not seen any roaches and that’s a positive thing for me because I stayed at some places in another country that had roaches I have a refrigerator in my room is full size kitchen basically was thinking everything there’s no element to cook with that’s OK My room has a lot of room in it I like that I have cable television I don’t speak Spanish so I’m able to watch news in English CNN I like that

Not soundproof It could use a little upgrading

The receptionist was very helpful and supportive. The location is perfect for access to supermarkets and food restaurants.

The room did not have a microwave, the use of the iron was only via the receptionist, there was no holder for toilet paper and the toilet tank was leaking. The building did not have a generator for power generation when electricity was lost.

the first room we were put in had a huge cockroach in it. the staff allowed us to change rooms.

Had to hold the shower hose, much further from Zona Colonial than expected.
