Good location, friendly staff, room was clean and the rooms even have an accessible balcony.

The breakfast wasn't 4 stars at all. Everyday the croissants very burnt and dry, the scrambled eggs were dry and the bread was the cheapest bread they can find. There was no orange or apple juice either. The room was missing some amenities for a 4 star hotel like kettle & water in the room every day after they clean.

The breakfast was good but not too much varieties .Tasty food ,especially at the restaurant,cheaper then others .The rooms are big ,comfy bed ,pillows not comfy at all .Beach was close by .

The food that are served at the breakfast should be placed at the higher level it’s not hygiene ,people are bend over the food .It’d be better to get at least one cup of normal coffee per person .The restaurant staff ‘d be increased girls are looking tired not very friendly .We ordered a cake it had a small hair :(Reception staff ‘d be more friendly in my opinion .Internet was not good connection during our stay .If you want to go to the center take a cab it’s like 30 -45 min of driving ,not cheap . The beach was near by but if you want a free space it’s hard to find all are for money that doesn’t worse ,too much people ,very less space .And don’t expect to find a good service in Odessa at all .

We didn't liked at all the hotel, for it's poor service and quality. The biggest issue - we had dirty bedding! The room was not cleaned after previous guests! This is unacceptable! The service lady stated that this is how they receive the bedding from the laundry, but this is a crazy argument! You can easily see a clean bedding and the one after someone already slept in that bed!!! The restaurant. We arrived late in the night. Before arriving we gave a call to reception to make sure that we can have dinner or at least room-service in that time. The lady from Reception assured us that the restaurant is open until 11 PM. But when we entered the restaurant at 10:20 PM a rude waiter told us that they are closed and she will not serve us. We replied that Reception confirmed us that we can have a dinner, to which the waiter told us "Go to reception, we are restaurant, we have nothing in common with the hotel". Lucky us there is a market nearby so we could have some sandwiches in the night. Parking. Nonetheless there is a quite big parking lot, the man responsible for that made some comments that there are no places. "Ok, you can try to park there", as he did us a great favor.

Location is cool!

We were needed to change the room and pay for separate beds but booked them in advance.
