Location was well served by local restaurants and bars. Ten minute to cross river and close to Metro Station

Would benefit from more through cleaning.

I liked the location of the building, big space in the room and that coffee capsuls for the coffee maker were provided.

The ground floor apartment (grey) is dark, feels a bit like being in a cave, but it was aceptable for me for one night.

The apartment was located on the ground floor with access from the street into a very small hall and stairway. First impression was miserable and the general look and feel of the place was reminiscent of something from the last century which since has not been upgraded. The kitchen was as written well equipped but was not such that wished at all to use it and the old refrigerator although on 7 was not cold inside. The place needs to be totally refurbished and the surfaces brought up to date with a fresh and appealing look and cleanliness. The photos speak for themselves

Great location, spacious, all the facilities you'd need.

Good location. Plenty of amenities nearby. Straightforward instructions for access. Tea and coffee facilities.

Very well equipped, comfortable and located property

Location was great, easy access to the centre. Comfortable bed with black out blinds for a good sleep. Well-equipped kitchen. Low noise levels on a night time.

There was a strong damp smell which stuck to our clothes and irritated our chests. The property was not cleaned sufficiently from the previous guests, there was a toothbrush and an open packet of cheese left behind. The fans were weak and virtually useless at cooling the room at night. Some of the utensils in the kitchen had not been cleaned properly.

The location was amazing, the apartment was simple to access, contactless check in, comfortable facilities, felt safe and pleasant. Great value for the money, a good spot to get to explore the center of Toulouse.

Very clean room with all the facilities. Location is near the town center. The owner responded to our queries quickly and was courteous.

The location, very close to subway station and Gironde River, so at foot distance to historic centre of Toulouse; the crossroad full of restaurants, cheap and fine. So a good place to discover Toulouse during holydays.

The flat is between two streets, and in a living neighborhood up to one o'clock (on Thusday!): so do not forget your ear's protections. Probably because I choose too fast, so it is my fault, I was disappointed : no breakfast, and no open bakery (at 7:30...) to buy something to eat. Take something the day before. As a professional traveler, I am not comfortable to book a flat in a building dedicated to travellers instead of to local inhabitants. Anyone can have his own opinion, I respect that, but I share this information.
