We were very disappointed with the hotel. The two main issues were the attitude of the person who worked behind reception during the day (in particular an inability / unwillingness to help) and the general cleanliness / condition of the bedroom (one example being the live cockroach we found in the sink on arrival). My only suggestion is that if you have an alternative DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. It was easily the worst establishment we frequented during the month we spent in India.

This hotel is a SCAM nothing to like about this hotel, the staffs are rude and don’t guest, NEVER choose this hotel for stay. Even after mentioned DO not disturb they come and clean the room, no value of customer privacy.
The night hotel front desk staff is so rude, they don’t even respect guest they treat as if they paid us for doing their work, weirdest and worst customer service ever, the room is very tiny compare to what they advertise and the bathroom is worse, when shower, no sliding door or anything all water goes everywhere. The fridge don’t give cold even after putting the water and soft drink for hours, this hotel is a SCAM not at all satisfied, they don’t respect guest requests or any sort of concerns. WORST Decision even to choose this hotel. Even after mentioned DO not disturb they come and clean the room, no value of customer privacy.

The location is good in the price range. It's too close to the gateway of india. Staff is very friendly. Clean rooms.

We asked for a room with a main road view and on request they upgraded the room type and road side view. Location was spectacular.

Perfect Stay!!
From the quick checkin , to staff courtesy, to the clean and fresh smelling room, to the clean linen, to the clean washroom , to the amenities, the AC, the prompt services, to the sumptuous breakfast, the ever smiling lift man and all the staff ever ready to help and assist at any given time !
And yes they even provided us an early morning packed breakfast for our onward journey!!
Suncity Apollo Hotel simply makes your stay comfortable n enjoyable!!

Location is walkable to many touristy spots (Gateway of India, Taj Hotel, Museum, Jehangir Art Gallery, Colaba Causeway Market) and good restaurants (Bade Miya, Cafe Leopold and Montegar).
Twin bed rooms size is spacious and well kept.
1) Kitchen fumes smell comes from staircase to room No. 102 door.
2) Shabby attached toilet:
- Batch tub water does not drain
- Faucet had no pressure.
- Dirt and silt around dustbin in toilet.
- Toilet door had more than half inch gap at bottom.
3) Too much garbage on walk roads in any direction from hotel in morning.
4) Room tariff seems over priced as compared to hotel quality.

This Hotel is located very near to Causeway, Gateway of India, Hotel Taj Palace etc....Environment of this hotel is very peaceful...Staff are very good and friendly...Breakfast is also very good...I love this Hotel..
