酒店位置挺好的，出行方便。

第一天晚上已經發現被子上有2根頭髮和一些毛線，第二天早上反饋給前台服務員。 另外，浴室只有淋浴，沒有獨立花灑頭挺不方便。 房間設施開始老舊，空調制冷不足。 房價有點貴，我入住的雙床大床房型空間不足，行李箱不能一直打開。

地點優越，步行兩分鐘就有百貨可用餐，裡面有超市可採買超方便！

KLセントラル駅直結でKLIAエクスプレスやETS利用時、またKL市内観光の際にも最高のロケーション。土砂降りの大雨でも濡れずにホテルまでたどり着けます。客室内も豪華さは有りませんが、清潔に保たれていて必要にして十分な設備をリーズナブルな価格で利用できました。朝食も質、量ともに満足出来ました。夕暮れ時には気軽な感じのルーフトップバーで軽く一杯飲んで食事に繰り出すのも悪くありません。また1Fロビーにある座り心地の良いソファーは、美味しいコーヒーを飲みながらチェックアウト後の電車の時間調整の為などに利用出来るので非常に快適でした。KLでの飛行機や電車の乗り継ぎの際は次回もまた利用しようと思います！

Unbeatable location to get anywhere in KL and surroundings including the airport. Attached to a shopping centre with cinemas and more dining options. Breakfast was great. As we (family) have stayed here before, room wasn’t great this time but it’s only for a night. Not complaining. Except for one person, staff were great as always.

Toilet bidet (bum-gun) requires two hand operation. Kinda bad, cheap choice. Anyone using the toilet at 3am wakes up everyone else. Toilet entrance don’t face the bed but the translucent side wall faces the bed and floods the room with light. Get some black-out curtains please. Staff manning the roti canai area wasn’t friendly and evasive. I let him be as it may be he had a condition that made him behave that way.

Location was excellent. Check in and check out was very efficient. Room was as I had expected from a hotel that caters for business travelers, it was quite large, and the bed was firm, with clean sheets, and the bathroom worked perfectly.

The lighting could have been better, it was rather dark.

This is my first time staying in this hotel as my sisters had stayed before. 1)love the sheltered walkway linking the hotel to KL Sentral train interchange. It is very convenient to get round the town via MRT, Monorail and LRT. Taking KLIA Express is a breeze. 2)The bed is comfy, the room is huge and water from the shower head is good. But you may hear the water flowing in the bathroom pipe when the guest upstairs is using the bathroom. 3)housekeeping staff on level 17 is polite. greeted me whenever he saw me. 4) buffet spread is good.

I had a room on 17th floor directly above the LRT station. I was really awakened by the sounds of the trains going in and out of the station at 6am plus and couldn't sleep until the sound of the trains. If you are a light sleeper like me, please ask for a room not facing the LRT station. 2) Called operator a few times. They either can't transfer my call to front desk, or the front desk just didn't have time to pick up my call. 3) Hotel needs to improve the service level of the waiter and waitress in the restaurant. Whenever I went to get my food, they cleaned up my table ( and my half mug coffee) so fast that my 1st table was taken up by other guests. The second table was further away from food. The waiter then cleared my food and coffee again when i went to take more food. They need to be more observant. I took 3 times to complete one full mug of coffee. 4) The lights need to be upgraded. it is quite dimmed in lobby, restaurant for breakfast and room.

Eletrcity surge in the morning. 9-10AM. The room is not so sound prove easily.

I had a super late check-in due to Raya holiday traffic. They hold the room for me until 3.30am and allowed me to have late check-out at 2pm. Generous staffs, spacious carpark, RM 10 per entry for parking, a very convenient hotel with a shelter linked bridge to access to Nu sentral (the mall) and Kl sentral to take train.

The temperature changes while you are using the shower, as it gets too hot. It would be better to have a hand shower where the shower nozzle is fixed at the top and cannot be adjusted. The shower in the toilet is difficult to use, so a gun-type shower that allows you to control the water with one hand is better.

Its location & convenience & the ease of staying at the hotel. I requested a small amount of milk & butter & these were delivered promptly. It is a well run professional hotel without fuss.

The location is a 10 ! Easy stroll to connect to the KLIA express train. The Sentral mall has everything you might need with lots of eateries & coffee options. It’s our 3rd time staying at the ALoft

We had issues signing bills to our room. This was promptly & swiftly handled by the Front Office manager & F & B managers much to our relief.

Top Lage. Von dort aus kann man alle Ausflugsziele sehr gut erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr späten Rückflug und durften, nachdem wir ausgecheckt hatten, unser Gepäck noch im Hotel lassen und abends auch den Gym-Bereich zum Duschen und Umziehen nutzen bevor es zum Flughafen ging. Vielen Dank!

First lifts are so slow, you could wait for a while during peak hours. Secondly insulation is very bad. My room was opposite the staff lift. I can hear staff talking. Noises from next door. As well as the airport Express train. In the morning fire alarm was on. I have to call the lobby to find out. The answer was an exercise. How come I didn't get a notice when I checked in? And no calls or apologies from the staffs? As a member of Marriott, the place is worst Marriott group hotel I ever stayed. It's far away from the standard

Everything. Spacious clean room, friendly efficient staff, great breakfast and good location at Nu Sentral just a few minutes from KLIA Expres .

The rooftop pool and location are great. A short walk from KL Sentral which, along with the pool, was a key reason I booked here. Rooms are clean and nicely laid out, and beds very comfy. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming

Lighting could be a bit better in the room, it was a bit dim.

Die tolle Anbindung geht mit einer sehr Verkehrsreichen Umgebung einher. Das war aber im Vorfeld absehbar
