豪華なホテルで特別な時間を過ごせました。ムガールチェンバーズガーデンビューの部屋はデザインも設備も眺めも最高でした。。アメニティやサービスも行き届いています（爪やすりまであります）。朝食のビュッフェは品数も多くとても美味しいです。南インドのドーサや３種類の粉を使ったアーグラの朝食など変化に富んでいます。スタッフがフレンドリーでとても親切で優しいです。特に受付のAishaさん、レストランのVikrantさん、Sharmaさんは素晴らしいもてなしをしてくださり感激しました。ハウスキーピングのRanjeetさんもありがとうございました。また泊まりたいです。

エアコンの設定温度が低すぎて寒かったのですぐにオフにしたのですが、それでもなかなか部屋の温度が上がらず少し寒かったです。暖房機能もあれば嬉しいです。枕は低めですがフワフワで気持ちいいです。

Breakfast was amazing. The swimming pool was also amazing.

The staff were over staring at me and my partner during the meals. We also didnt get enough of privacy during the dinner.

Everything about this hotel was superb but what makes the hotel stand out is the staff The staff are personable , kind , humble and absolutely professional . You are met with a smile every day Hospitality at its finest Amazing trip from start to finish the bar food is amazing especially the tikka , the breakfasts are superb The beds are super comfy with luxury bed linens The swimming pools amazing

Amazing location and rooms! Great brand name and Peshawari's food with Sunil! However, Major overhaul needed in the services department.. 1. We stayed in two Mughal suites. Check in guy did not inform when rooms were ready(he had promised to call). We kept sitting in restaurant till we decided to ask him at 2.30 PM ourselves. 2. Pool is normal outdoor pool...but chargeable! Really!! 3. The in room goodies kept in only one room. 4. Vikrant in restaurant was too intrusive. 5. Two calls for luggage pick up on checkout. No one came. We lugged them out. 6. Instead a man comes and checked the bar and asks if we had something from there. Could be more discreet. In any case, one would have informed the checkout desk to bill. 7. Area maintenance outside...poor! ITC has a name! Maintain the class guys!!

We were so lucky to attend the Holi celebration party which was eye opening and great fun. We only stayed there for one night, breakfast and dinner were super good. A housekeeping staff even took us to the roof top to view Taj Majah there.
