Close to the Fort and the Taj Mahal which was my purpose in Agra
WI-FI was very poor. IT KEPT DROPPING AND THEN WENT OUT COMPLETELY while I was working. Called the lobby 3 times until someone came up and eventually it started working again but I had missed my business meeting online.

Most of the staff is good. Many men at reception need training for customer service as the charges are of 5 star hotel.
Room Furnishing are not as clean as the price charged. Breakfast options were very limited. Room service menu charges were way too high. As high as 7 to 8 hundred which is 5 star charges.

The room service is excellent. The staff turn up quickly at a phone call. And all your needs are taken care of and attended to very efficiently.
the property feels a little dated and the finishes can be done better. The area outside the hotel is just awful due to the roadworks. So it feels dirty to step out of the hotel. This is not a complaint about the hotel just the surroundings.

Big hotel really close to the Taj Mahal gate with big and clean rooms.
Akil from the travel desk was very nice and helpful during our stay.

rooms were quite fine to stay, but they should improvise their hygiene things in rooms.
They sometimes not update their systems regarding buffet breakfast, so kindly cross check multiple times before chek in otherwise in the next morning they might can ask about this.

website said fitness centre was functional which wasn’t operational. also cleanliness is a real issue
