Excellent stay, lots of space for the children and hot tub was a great bonus for the evenings

This is a very well located space so convenient for local transportation and entertainment. The space, fixtures and fittings were well appointed. The contact with Chester Aprtments were very attentive and approachable and ensured our stay was the best

This was a great find! Very spacious and beautifully decorated flat with many conveniences! And the location was really good too!
No parking next to building. very strict rules about using the hot tub.

Amazing location, brilliant set up for a family weekend stay. The facilities in the apartment were great and the jacuzzi was a lovely place to relax. Although it's close to a main road we couldn't hear the traffic at all!
The host Paul was also so helpful and accommodating before and throughout our stay.

Fantastic apartment, centrally located. Set over 2 floors with a hot tub, parking short walk away, which was secure.
Fab coffee machine, never seen one like it before in a holiday apartment. Absolutely everything you need.
We moved an armchair from the landing to the living room, so we could face each other to talk, as the settee long and straight.
Would highly recommend this apartment, and will be staying here again.

The location is great for getting in to Chester, it is also a short walk from the station or if you choose to drive there are parking spaces, the kitchen is very well equipped and has a really good coffee machine,the bedrooms are all a good size ,bathrooms are modern and everything was spotlessly clean , however I have to say that the best thing about our stay was the host Paul, who went so far above and beyond to the point of getting an air conditioning machine for us to use in the heatwave, allowing us to stay an extra night when we found ourselves stranded in Chester, and offering us help with anything we wanted, a magnificent host.

All details sent via email were concise and extensive. We booked at very short notice and Paul & his wife turned up to make sure we had everything we needed. This would especially be a good place for 2/3 couples as very spacious. Can't rate the place highly enough.

Loved the outdoor garden and hot tub.
The steam shower was quiet old. Downstairs bedroom would be cold in winter.

Great location clean everything you need is there
Hot tub a bit dated so doesn’t perform as should. Basement shower is something else 😳 quite cramped in bunk beds room. Felt quite claustrophobic at times needs a update if expecting that kind of fee. Cctv over hot tub area with no notices stating this anywhere is rude and intrusive no music outside really 🤔 10pm curfew on hot tub 😡 far too many rules and regulations sorry not paying that amount to be restricted and harassed by owner who’s obviously watching as we received a message we obviously won’t be staying again.

The Location was great and the hot Tub was lovely and warm the cooking facility were good as well. Also generally very clean..
Just a few niggles, the stairs are very narrow and uneven, not good for anyone overweight of not safe on their feet, there was a musty smell in downstairs bathroom and have to clean up the floor each time you have a shower. Was very small in the bunkbed room for adults, had to move drawers in one room to get to plugs, also only 1 of the 3 sofa's could be used to view TV and again had to move things to get to the dining table, these are only small things but for what we paid did expect a little more
