Easy check in and good location
A lot of beds squeezed in, so it sleeps 11, I think, but the tiniest fridge! We were only there 1 night.

no issues for what we used it for - 2nts girls weekend but it could probs do with some touch ups - broken windows blinds, no blind or curtain at kitchen window if sleeping on sofa bed, some lights in kitchen don’t work, mirrors are all placed to high, paint touch ups needed.

Nice modern and bright we’ll decorated, location was great, plenty of room
Everything in the property creaked or squeaked, the floor cracked when you walked on it on the 2nd and 3rd floor, all the doors creaked as you opened them.. the old style windows didn’t seal so the noise from the dual carriageway was very loud and made it difficult to sleep

everyone loved the property, comfortable with plenty of bathrooms, comfy beds and communal area to eat drink and entertain
the doors are very heavy and squeak, not much outside space, work currently going on on the road so even though it’s close to Chester’s bars it’s not an easy walk.

No double beds, poor quality mattresses and stairs carpets, the heating has to be reset every 8 hours, the water for the shower was cold, no dining area

Well equipped, clean. Downstairs area very good, expected more outside space.
The bedrooms were small the twin rooms had little space for 2 people sharing as no room to put belongings.
No bathroom or toilet on the top floor.

Good wifi as we managed to stream a sports event. Good layout for groups and great communication with the team who made everything easy.

The price of the apartment was really good. The location was perfect to Chester Racecourse and the City centre. Also the cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding.
The fire alarm went off for 2 hours whilst we were at the apartment. We were told by the engineer that it was probably set off by deodorant. Something needs to improve with the sensitivity of the alarm, as we were told that it has happened before to previous guests. The sink in the ground floor apt kept overflowing when you put the tap on.

The comfy beds! Ease of getting into the property. Could get a late checkout time which was great.

Fantastic location right next to wall. Five mins to town. Clean bedding and towels. Communal area great with the big sofa. Single beds for everyone. Key pad on door much easier than a key. Communication from Outlooks was fantastic
Road was very noisy at night. Top ensuite bathroom... Plug in sink and lock on door broken
