10times stay but everytime log in, hotel cowboy downgrade room than advertised, lift breakdown have to use staircase 4th floor

Swimming pool and spacious room.
Two aircond systems were provided at my room - 1 at the sofa bed near the entrance, another at the bedroom. However, only 1 was working well, another one at the main bedroom was not functioning well - not cool, only air coming out. One of the staffs (male) was a bit annoying.
