The check in staff member was very friendly our entire stay. He helped us extend our stay last minute and helped us with providing a phone charger. He was always friendly. Accommodation is in a good location to see London and great public transport access.
The room was a little bit damp as there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. For what we paid, things like this are expected.

Insonorisation très mauvaise. Les voisines ont parlées a voix haute tres tard dans la nuit, et toi le matin. Impossible de dormir a cause du soleil, les rideaux occultants sont trop fins.
La telé ne fait pas face au lit, il faut se tordre pour la regarder. A 160 livres la nuit, j'ai deja eut bien mieux a tarif égal.

The location.
The room didn't had any windows. I don't remember booking for a room without windows. So probably there was a problem in Booking not communicating accurate this situation or the hotel just didn't communicate accurately. Second, the room was close the hallway (this is not an issue) and the door is not properly insulated, so I hear every one coming in and out waking me up in the night.
And third I thought that my electric convertor was not working but I found out the whole room was with no electricity, I had to find out this after an hour of thinking my devices where charging, when they where not.

The location was good to visit East London. Not that busy area but easy to visit many cool places! The condition of bed and room was enough for staying! :)

Extremely spacious and great value for money
We left our cases on the day of checkout but it wasn't the most secure place to leave them.

Se encuentra muy cerca del metro con lo que moverse por la ciudad es muy sencillo. Próximo a zona de pubs y restaurantes.
El baño es un poco reducido.

The room is large enough for my family to fit in and facilities are even better. The location of the hotel is easy to access and it is almost perfectly clean..
Just there was nothing to put clothes in the bathroom.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Upgraded us to a suite which was great. Open 24 hours. Looked after our bags in the morning too.

Nothing much sadly…
The walls are so thin, you can hear every movement from the hotel, impossible to have a restful sleep. Also, the room didn’t look anything like the pictures. If it had, I would have never booked it.

Excellent location, nice big rooms with the benefit of powerful air con and a well equipped kitchen. Beds were really comfortable and the loft was great for tired legs with luggage!
Our living room area was a little dark (no outdoor windows), but didn’t affect our stay!

a hidden gem! Unbeatable location, kept very clean, super helpful staff. We stayed for almost a week as a family and would stay again.

Great location close to overground Hoxton station - being on the main road meant it felt safe at night for a lone female traveller plus there were lots of shops and restaurants literally on the doorstep. Room a good size, clean, good shower and comfy bed. Internet worked fine.
Bathroom felt quite small and cramped. It is a bit noisy here, could hear people in room next door and above me plus there is traffic noise from the main road. Also when I arrived I was asked for ID and I did not know I would need that. Fortunately I had a scan of my passport in emails on phone otherwise I coulda been stuck!

Great location, two minutes to Hoxton tube. Very friendly staff, very helpful. Room was fine with all the expected amenities, fridge included. Bed comfortable.
A little noisy, could hear voices clearly from outside and other rooms.

the air was cold which was great . that’s about it
the bed was very hard and uncomfortable ? the pillows were as thin as toilet paper nonsupport cheap as u can get . the tv and remote were not working well. the shower and bathroom we’re full of mold . the entire building was dingy and unclean . stained carpets chipped paint everywhere. would not recommend this place at all especially for how much it cost .
