The location

Location was good, rooms were very clean and cosy.

The entrance ,very strong paint smell,very small rooms. Did not like the taxi booked for Airport.Ac was not working but they changed the room.

location is awesome,you are getting to stay at this place that means a lot,its mumbai and the best place to enjoy and feel mumbai,lift is there with lift man,very clean and cozy room,

Location very convenient as it is very close to important landmarks. Price is lower than other hotels in the area.

The cleaning was horrible, the room and all premises were dirty, and under the bed it was super dirty, the tv never worked, the smell inside and outside de hotel was unpleasant. I can understand the noise outside as it is a very busy location, but inside the hotel is also very noisy all day and night long. Every time someone calls for the elevator, there is an alarm that sounds in the whole hotel and sometimes it woke me up. From the 4 nights we stayed, only 1 day they cleaned the room, only because we asked for it.

Hotel stay was perfect location was too perfect right in center of colaba. Room and bathroom was clean.

While booking room i was specifically checking if hotel provides parking and most of it clearly wrote that no parking or public parking available on extra pay basis. But since this hotel had mentioned free parking available I gave preference to this but when i went in hotel they said its not updated on site . So here i had pay extra 800 for parking. Its a miscommunication for which I had to bear cost. Secondly room size too small
